My cats, who are quite high maintenance, absolutely adored her. We recently got a new kitten who is very young and temperamental and she adapted to Natalya instantly. My older cat fell ill with a URI and eye ulcer, and Natalya went above and beyond by promptly taking him to the vet and administering difficult medication. Her professionalism and genuine care for my pets were evident throughout the entire experience. She kept me informed every step of the way, providing updates on his condition and treatment. Our kitten also had several accidents all over our carpet and Natalya detail cleaned the areas which was really above and beyond. I know that cat sitting for us is not the easiest given all the issues we had while we were gone but she handled it like a champ and truly put us at ease during our vacation. This is a bit overdue. I used to take my first two doggies. This was before the pandemic. Then we…read morehad the pandemic and they both passed (2021 & 2022). Fast forward to now, I adopted two little rescues from the ASPCA. I wanted them to have time with other little doggies and called up Doggie Around. My information was still in their system (from my other doggies). They updated the information and offered me condolences for my loss. I had an outpatient procedure coming up and was hoping to get my two new doggies into the doggie daycare. Well they made it happen. I took them on a Friday for their initial assessment and was able to drop them off that following Monday. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this. It was such a relief to be able to drop off my little loves and know they are safe and having a great time. I feel their prices are reasonable and most importantly, the staff is super nice and they remembered my little doggies names when I took them back on Monday. She came over twice a day and took all the dogs on a walk, brought in our mail, put our trash bins out (and brought them back in) and then provided me with daily email updates on all of the animals.
