Their pet care payment plans are amazing and Dr Palomares got Lea in for surgery the next day. Dr Palomares called me the day of surgery and informed me that the tooth was worse than we thought and as assumed it had to be extracted. When I picked Lea up the same day she was in good spirits and the vet staff were so kind and informative on educating me on her post op care. I couldn't recommend them enough and thank you Arroyo Vista for treating Lea and I so well.

Dr. Patterson's recommendation worked on my dog. "Let the tooth take care of it self, it may never give him any discomfort". The tooth has not given him any pain. Dr. Patterson also provided his opinion to a friend that took her dog to 4 different vets that would not be proactive with the cause and treatment. The opinion that Dr. Patterson was not the word we wanted to hear , cancer, however it gave my friend the information she needed to make the decisions she needed to for her dog.

I had to fill out some additional paperwork after arriving and then waited for a room. They are a smaller pet hospital, so it was pretty low and under-staffed. This means we waited about another 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor, which can be difficult if your pet is impatient and/ or in pain. Dr. K was really nice, though, and addressed our issue and any concerns, giving us an expectant time frame for recovery and what to see over the next couple of weeks. It took about 10 minutes or so to check out due to the amount of people there, which were only a few, and only one receptionist. With that in mind, they were fast for a smaller team, so I would just have a little more patience coming here; but then again, a lot of vets and pet hospitals have long wait times. The prices weren't bad and their exam fee was around $70 for the doctor to diagnose, which is pricy, but pretty average pricing in Westlake Village. The medicine was expensive (as always) BUT I didn't break the bank - which was a nice change. I will most likely be coming back here with my pup the next time we need something!

She had had back surgery a year prior and this was her 3rd debilitating back issue in a year. Crystal was quick to respond so helpful over the phone. When the vet and vet tech arrived that evening, with love in their hearts (and the coolest mobile vet van I have ever seen) they were quick to assess and gently help our girl Ripley be pain free and pass on.
