The salon is clean and bright. Every worker seemed so friendly. Kayllah herself was easy to chat with and so sweet. The tools were obviously cleaned/ sanitized. And I didn't feel like she was rushed. They spent nine hours straight combing out as much as they could to save some hair. They were kind and caring and actually a lot of fun while a part of my identity had to be cut off. Natalie was so patient and didn't give up. They did a great job and I actually feel beautiful and free now.
