Inside the FIFA game was being broadcasted and outside a live band was playing. I want to come here again sometime! My drink was on the stronger side. I should have asked a bartender about some recommendations instead of trying to figure it out on my own. Everyone was pretty friendly too. I ordered the Galaxie and my friend ordered the Caprice. Tbh, the Caprice was more my vibe since I like my cocktails on the sweeter side. I loved the ambiance. The vibes were giving cool. Their photo booth in the back is pretty lit too. It was $8 for one strip x4 pictures. I thought this photo booth out of the ones I have previously encountered downtown was one of the better quality ones. Fantastic final spot for my recent bar crawl and could see myself being a regular here. Amazing beers on tap, I ordered the Yuzu and Strawberry Spritzer and was not disappointed! I loved the 70's like theme that this establishment had and their accessories (such as the Photo Booth). The service was quick and friendly. Came to Dustland for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals, and it was an absolute blast! One of the coolest promotions was that they gave everyone a free shot every time the Vegas Golden Knights scored, which made the game even more exciting and had the whole place celebrating together. The atmosphere was energetic, fun, and exactly what you want for a big game. The bartenders were incredibly sweet, friendly, and kept the drinks flowing all night. While they don't serve food, the drink selection is fantastic and reasonably priced. If you're looking for a lively spot to watch hockey, enjoy great cocktails, and soak up an awesome Vegas sports bar vibe, Dustland is definitely worth checking out. Nice spot for some drinks and a small concert. Love the retro decor with the tube tvs in technicolor. There's a stage in the back where local bands play. Even with the amount of seating inside around the bar area and booths, there's so many people that come here to where seats and tables are so limited; however, there's an additional bar area in the back outside with additional seating. It's just too hot to be outside in the summer though. The outdoor space would definitely be more enjoyable on cooler days/nights. read more

This gem is an absolute must visit spot located in the Art's district! A design-driven bar rooted in the desert, with a nod to the wild, retro spirit of vintage Las Vegas. Every detail of the space from the lighting to the furniture was designed and made by hand. My personal favorites were the old TV's playing old VHS movies throughout and the comfy couches perfectly situated by a nice burning fire. They also offer a nice outdoor space which also has a bar open during busier summer weekend nights. Their cocktail menu draws inspiration from the desert landscape, and their shelves are stocked with small-batch spirits, local beer and wine, and standout picks from neighboring Western states. I especially enjoyed the Laredo cocktail and Michelada. This spot will definitely be one of my favorite "go-to" spots and I will be sure to recommend it to friends, family and colleagues! read more

Woo! First review of 2026! I thought this place was so freaking cute and vibey! My husband wanted to take me to this place so we did a little date night and our first stop was Dustland. Absolutely loved the interior and the drinks were all very delicious! Side note, the drinks are dangerously delicious, in a blink of an eye, I was already on my third drannkkkkkk When we went it was pretty quiet so the service was quick and we were able to get our drinks fairly quickly. I did return on a weekend and it was very busy and it was a bit harder to get your drinks because ... people were crowded around the bar hehe The have a beautiful outdoor area that I will enjoy when it's not 30 degrees outside (it wasn't 30 degrees but it sure felt like it) Dustland doesn't have food (as of 1/13/26) so please eat before you go ... so you're not plastered haha, coming from experience *cough* Yes. I for sure took advantage of the photo booth -- I don't care what my husband and friends say, I'm going to take at least 2 every time I'm there! read more

Downtown has been starving for a spot like this. The Dustland feels like the Arts District finally got its backyard. Not some sad patio with a few wobbly tables and a heat lamp on life support. A real desert hang with fire pits throwing off that carnal caveman comfort, cacti lit like high art..and an outdoor bar glowing warmly like it's inviting you to stay a while. Then you clock the stage, tucked under that big corrugated arch out back, and you can practically hear the future of your arts district nights. Live sets, small crowds, someone you haven't seen in six months materializing out of the dark with a drink in hand. It's built for downtown the way downtown actually deserves and behaves. The details are the fun and just slightly unhinged. The one eyed llama pen at the bar was exactly the sort of weird little touch that tells you humans made this place, not a board committee with a brand deck. Even the landscaping feels intentional. It's desert, but thoughtfully designed. Service is where it really lands. Faith is who you want if she's on, sharp, friendly, and running point like she owns the flow. But honestly the whole crew moves like they've done this before, which is rare in a city that loves opening nights more than it loves consistency. (She knew every ingredient and recipe without hesitation, like second nature) We posted up for a couple drinks, then drifted outside to the fire(s), stared at the skyline, and for a minute Vegas felt less like a machine and more like a real neighborhood. They know their menu and are willing to take the time to help you make a delicious decision! This place gets busy..but they are able to host a variety of different sized parties. located in the arts district in DTLV, i have to say this has to be such a unique and laid back bar! Definitely has that old western saloon style with a contemporary touch to it. I loved how laid back everyone in there is and definitely enjoyed the atmosphere! I was really intrigued by their "El Camino" which is pretty much your build your own margarita, giving you the options of passion fruit, tamarind, ect as well as picking your type of tequila and rims. It definitely was on point and fairly priced. I was also very intrigued by their "Pickle Beer" which is definitely one of a kind, definitely lots of options when it comes to taps and brews. Their bathroom is definitely one of a kind making you want to have a photo shoot session in the bathroom with their unique wallpaper. read more

What's one thing that you must try is the their margaritas! You can build it the way that you want with different flavors and spice levels. PLEASE try any margarita done Tommy's style WITH momos stupid salt. This rim on a margarita is my new favorite version! The bartenders are super nice and knowledgeable, which makes the service even better. The ambience is such a shout out to a western vibe. We love and supported this place from the jump, celebrated birthdays here and gathered with friends. Yet this weekends service was so bad! A friendly hello goes a long way & we don't mind waiting but to be completely ignored just sucked. sometimes the vibe is " too cool for school" and that really blows. Even the bar back could offer waters to hold us over. Instead no words exchanged just awkwardness...Honestly if it wasn't for Carmen showing up we were ready to leave she's so kind and friendly and sometimes it seems like she reads the room to give the best service. Went to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was packed for a Friday night! It took awhile to get a drink since it was busy but enjoyed the Impala drink when I finally got it. Neat they had a DJ by the bar inside. We missed the live music outside but nice to know they have it there sometimes. Took pics in the photo booth which was fun but they do warn on the sign on the outside it takes over 2 minutes to develop so if you're patient, I would recommend it as a good momento! Hot new bar in the Arts District that may just become my regular spot. The inside made me feel like I was in a dusty bar in Joshua Tree, CA (not literally dusty though haha). I love spaces that transport you and make you feel like you're someplace else; Dustland does just that. We sat up at the bar; seats were comfortable and service was friendly. I liked their extensive menu which also included non-alcoholic beers & mocktails. The inside had ample and spacious seating with lots of cute signage and cacti / other plants. They also had a sizable women's restroom that was decorated nicely. When the weather becomes more tolerable, they have a big beautiful outdoor space with a separate bar, restroom, and stage for live music. Can't wait to enjoy that area in the coming months. Really loved the overall ambiance, service, and drink selection. This will become a dangerously regular place for us haha read more

What a cool bar, Sophia served us and she was amazing. The bar was decently busy and gave us the best service! We ordered the Toronado and the custom margarita! So good then we ordered the Spaghetti Western which is a Coors beer with Aperol and lemon. This tasted like the coors light summer beer. I've never had a bartender try so hard to talk me out of trying their drinks. On Friday I specifically came here to try the Comet but asked to reduce the lemon. The bartender ask "so you want it sweet?". Initially I thought ok she's being helpful. So I tried to order the Astro but with less syrup. Then she started to explain the drinks are created by their bartenders and that they all are balanced as designed. The creator of the Astro was behind the bar that night and she didn't want to alter it. I got the feeling she was offended that I asked adjust the drinks a little (maybe she was the creator of the Comet). I know my stomach; I can't do a lot of lemon but I was intrigued by Comet and really wanted to try it but will less lemon. The previous bar I was at was more than happy to accomodate my request for less lemon and their drink was still great. I'm pretty disappointed because this used to be the place to introduce my out-of-town friends to. On the positive side, there are so many other bars near by with creative cocktails to discover. read more

We went to The Dustland around 8 PM on a First Friday! The service was incredibly friendly and we immediately were able to grab two seats at the bar. I ordered the superbee and my sister ordered the stingray! Both were pretty good, but I'll probably try another drink next time as the super bee had a bit of an overly aromatic after taste I wasn't too fond of. However, we will definitely be coming back for the ambiance!! The place was so nicely decorated and the vibe was just so cool and well curated. We loved the retro western theme - they have nice artwork, neon lights, and even spin vinyl! It was a nice escape from the chaos that is First Friday, and we will definitely be spending more time at The Dustland soon! read more

I love a themed bar! This one is decorated with a 70s vibe and very well executed both indoor and outdoor. I stopped in for a cocktail, but they also had a pretty extensive beer menu for those who prefer. I ordered the El Dorado and enjoyed it. I liked how they also offered build your own margaritas with options that are outside of your typical findings. While enjoying your drinks you can also find several nostalgic board games to play with friends or even take photos in their Photo Booth. If you do take photos be prepared, we learned the hard way there was no count down before the first shot. lol. But I'll be back for sure to see what seasonal offerings they have when it warms back up and I can enjoy the outdoor area. read more

My bride-to-be and I visited Dustland while on a small bar crawl. We were intrigued by the retro ambiance and the nice outdoor seating area. The space is used well, with room for booths, a DJ, and ample bar seating without feeling cramped. We found the service to be patient and friendly, especially since it was our first visit. I ordered the prickly pear hef, which is brewed locally. We both thought that was delicious. She ordered the El Camino, a build your own margarita with mezcal. We enjoyed both drinks very much, and would happily visit again. As an aside, we were also considering the outdoor space as a wedding venue. Checked this new spot out on Labor Day weekend and it's a welcome new addition to the Arts District. Crowd skewed a little young on the night I went, seeming to be more early twenties compared to the age range I see at other spots. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. They were unfortunately out of their collaboration with Juxta Nomad when I went , but otherwise had a solid menu. They had quite a few options for beer, wine, and cocktails as well as a few NA options. The craft your own margarita was a fun touch! I ordered their take on a bees knees which had I believe cardamom. While this place comes off as a beer bar, their cocktails are solid! Definitely wouldn't hesitate to return. read more

This is my go-to bar downtown. I always end up in the outside area at the end of the night - the xeriscape and tasteful furniture makes it feel so cozy. Super rude and snobby female bartender with a nose ring working daytime shift. Asked if she had a food menu and she laughed at me and said we dont have any food almost like I was stupid for asking. Then I asked for the wifi password and she said that the password was buy a Guinness "like the beer" which I assume she was implying that she thought that I didnt know what a Guinness was. You can tell she thinks men are stupid. To be so staunchy was such a turn off. The theme of this bar is the American Southwest but yet Guinness is a European beer so the wifi password isnt even on theme. Place is dead and had a total of like 4 people.
