Service was not great. The rainbow cookies I did get were different from others I have had elsewhere and I could not detect any jelly in between the layers. There was also a chemical like taste-most likely a cheap sugar alcohol. Not to my liking. The other 2 cookies were ok,but nothing I would come for again. Only on street parking. I do not plan to return and would recommend venturing elsewhere.

They had picnic tables, even a covered area. I can imagine that this place gets very busy, but on a Saturday evening, there was plenty of space and parking on the side streets. You order inside and then they'll call your name out the side window when it's ready to be picked up. Easy, great ice cream, lovely outside area... not much to not love.

They just unfortunately cannot get things right. I ordered…read morea graduation cake, a stuffed bread and a dozen rolls for a party and sent a relative to pick it up. She came home with only the cake which was infuriating as I had guests coming in two hours and we don't live particularly close but on the other side of town. When I called their first excuse was that I put in two separate orders. I did not. They finally admitted they decided to do two orders (it wasn't that big so not sure why). They should have reverenced on each order that there were two orders but didn't. I asked them to send someone with the rest of my order and they refused. Their solution was that I ask one of my guests to go pick it up. That's insane. My guests don't know their way around and how inconsiderate would it be to send them on a 45 minute journey when they arrived to the party? It wasn't on anyone's way at all. Their next solution was to give me a refund of the part they held back. No. I absolutely needed those items and the biggest issue with that was that the last time they messed up and overcharged me, they couldn't refund me on the spot but said they'd have a credit behind the counter for me. When I went to use that credit, conveniently no one had any knowledge of said credit. Absolutely do not trust them. I had to pay a neighbor to go pick it up for me. I don't have complaints about the food this time but it's only average - it was my daughter that wanted a sickly sweet frosting (think Pillsbury from a can) that I couldn't find at any other bakery. I will never take my chances with them again. They've now messed up two parties.

I also appreciated the fact that Kyra did not try to upsell us. We asked her how much cake we needed for the # of guests we have. Both she and the baker said that the order we entered would be a LOT of cake and would result in massive leftovers. We would not have space in our fridge for that much leftover cake. I appreciated the fact that Kyra was honest and gave us a good recommendation as opposed to trying to sell us more than what we needed. That type of professional honesty results in repeat customers. And 5 stars on Yelp! Both of the cakes we were delicious.
