We just took a group of high school seniors to California for their senior trip, including stops at Disney and the beach. We had Rene G. as our driver, and he was excellent! I will definitely be requesting him the next time we take a group. He was very safe, patient with the kids, and always willing to help with bags. I even forgot our tubs of snacks on the bus, and he went all the way back to where the bus was parked and carried them into the hotel for us. Truly above and beyond! read more

The Driver Provider provided the transportation for the wedding parties at my wedding. The first sprinter van showed up to the wrong address to pick up my wife and her party to get them to the venue to start taking pictures. Small mistake but also pushed our timeline back for pictures etc. The timeline with addresses were very clear and sent to us multiple times to confirm, so not sure what happened. Also left a very expensive Canon camera and some sunglasses in the grooms sprinter van. Took them over a week to get back to me, just to let me know that they do not have them. I was invoked In a hit and run caused by one of their drivers. I was stopped at a red light when one is their van shuttles took my mirror off. The driver of the limo van refused to exchange info and left the scene. Scottsdale pd contacted the service and had the driver return to the scene where he was issued a citation. Almost 2 months later I am now stuck with the bill as this company is claiming that they are not responsive and that their driver was not at fault. Police report says otherwise. I didn't press charges as I didn't expect this outcome. Either way, I would not recommend doing business with the driver provider. They run the shuttles at Impact and apparently we got on the wrong one taking us to a lot really far from our car. The driver was so ridiculously rude. He refused to take us to our car even though no one else was on the shuttle. He then said we had to wait to even get back to the church. Worst of all was his curt answers. We used them for our wedding. Making the reservation was easy. Person on the other end was great to work with. Answered all our questions. The driver showed up right on time which was great. However it seemed he was a little more "out of it" then we were. He asked us to configure his new gps on his phone. And then went to drive off with the trunk open. Very odd behavior. We recently moved 30 people between the Four Seasons and Bar North in Kierland, and then shuttled 100 plus back and forth between the 4S and Troon North the following night. While I don't often write reviews, I'm compelled to do so now. Ace showed up early on both nights, in clean equipment that was nicely air conditioned. He couldn't have been more pleasant, was on task at all times, and anticipated any and all of our needs. Wow! What a great company! We used them for a fun night out for the kiddos. We arranged for their party bus to take our litle ones to a Disney concert. The air went out on the bus and they could not have been more apologetic and accomdating. They had a mobile repair unit out to repair the AC before the concert was over. They called me the next day to apoligize and were unbelievable in settling our account. I was really impressed. I assumed I would need to call them to discuss the billing but they called first thing in the morning and were so gracious and truly sorry. The ride home was great and the kids had a blast. Worst group coordinators I've seen in 25 years as an event coordinator and C-Suite EA. No contact by drivers when I do BEG for names and cells, and zero texts or emails with contact info or advising of arrival. Getting this info is like pulling teeth. Do NOT use them! Don't let the Four Seasons connection fool you. Never again! Emailed them almost 7 hours ago asking for drivers name and cells for tomorrow (which I shouldn't have to ask for anyway), and no reply. I will now be completely nervous all night worrying. Sent two cars for one person's pickup and two drivers when they left. They FINALLY called me that day complaining passenger never showed up- yet passenger was already in the OTHER car they sent. Their sales director is amazing, which must stink for her, since fulfillment group is horrible. All week we have been here and only driver and automobile tonight were reliable and normal? But that was after I complained to sales director. Unacceptable!!! Agree with another reviewer wish u could give zero stars. And the icing on the cake. They were to put all our charges on my corporate credit card. Our hotel just called me and said that DriverProvider went ahead and charged all our ground transport on our Board of Director's rooms at hotel. Problems being that first that wasn't the instructions and two all our guests had to pay charges other than what we contracted with the hotel. The driver was a jerk, to put it mildly. We hired the company to provide transport in a black SUV to and from a resort in Sedona. We had the same driver there and back to PHX, one week later. At pickup to return to PHX, even though our confirmation gave the correct hotel, and he'd just dropped us off there a week ago, he went to the sister hotel across the street. Meanwhile, we waited, and called several times until finally dispatch got it straightened out after 30 minutes of waiting. Instead of being apologetic at all the driver was rude and a jerk to us, saying "I've been waiting for YOU for 30 minutes where I was told to wait." Once we were finally on our way, realizing he was the same guy who dropped us off at the hotel, I pointed that out and that our confirmation gave the correct hotel; and I said his correct response should be "I'm sorry. I don't know how this happened. I'll talk to dispatch and figure it out." At which point he slammed on his brakes, put the car in park, and turned around to sarcastically parrot back what I just said. I told him that was very unprofessional and his sarcasm didn't help the situation. He started to drive again and said sarcastically "What do you want me to do now?" Umm, drive us to the airport. And that is very unprofessional too. I should also mention that when he first picked us up from PHX on the way out he greeted and talked only to my husband. It was like I was invisible the whole ride. He shook my husband's hand and I put out mine and he walked right by. Then at the hotel gate he announced to the attendant he had Mr. J for check-in. The driver, Richard, was polite and helpful -- one family member asked for a step stool for the return trip and he brought it. So we used" The Driver Provider" for two days during the Fiesta Bowl 2013; the first time was for the K-State pep rally which went well. We were dropped off and picked up exactly as planned, and all was well. Then came day 2. What a disaster!! Our mini-bus driver attempted to drop us off at the "usual spot" at the stadium and was stopped no less than 5 times by parking lot attendants who kept re-routing us. Eventually we found a place to unload. This was the writing on the wall of things to come. 50 minutes before the game was over, our coordinator called to the driver to pick us up, and we ended up waiting for 1 1/2 hours total AFTER the game, in the dark and cold for our bus to show up. It never did pick us up! They made excuses as to why they couldn't pick us up, and even after almost the entire stadium was empty and we were all huddled together in a dark parking lot freezing and waiting, still nothing. Thank God we finally asked the driver where exactly we could go to meet him "to help him out". In the end all 33 of us (including a 2 and 4 year old) ended up walking about 3 miles total in all to where our bus driver was parked. We DO NOT believe for one minute the bus driver's story that the stadium parking lot attendants wouldn't let him in to pick us up and that he was sitting for the entire 1 1/2 hours in that hotel parking lot waiting for us! (Every other bus on the planet picked up all of their passengers and left the stadium) I would NOT recommend this company after tonight's experience. I also want to give fair warning to anyone using taxi cabs ANYWHERE. Do yourself a favor and research exactly how much cab fare is BEFORE you get into a cab anywhere. If you don't, you WILL be taken for a ride on your fare. We have had more bad experiences with taxi's almost everywhere we go. Do not trust them because they engage you in conversation, this is simply a ploy to distract you from paying attention to where they are taking you and how much it will cost! Unfortunately we never received any response even after trying to email a specific personnel and their general email.
