I usually just use Discount Cab because I've never had a bad experience with them and they're sort of like the K-Mart of cab service because you know what to expect, you get it and you're done with it. It's easy. Also, their number is easy as all hell to remember. I called Discount Cab to come pick me up and they totally dropped the ball and abandoned me. I texted google to find some other Phoenix cab places and American Discount Cab came up. I decided to give them a call. The driver who answered the phone didn't speak the best English. I had to repeat myself about a gazillion times but he finally came. During our brief exchange over the phone he promised to give me a discount. When he pulled up and I jumped in the cab he was like, "I say I give you discount and I give you discount. I won't charge for pick-up. See? On the car it say I charge $2.00 for pick-up and $2.50 per mile. For you, pick up free, $2.00 per mile." Now, I don't think he actually gave me any sort of discount or special treatment but I appreciated the illusion. On the freeway miles and miles of it were closed down. Luckily, traffic was light but the right-most lane was shut down for a stretch of fifteen miles. I didn't think much of it but my driver was like, "All this shit is closed down and you have two fucking workers on the road, that's it. What the fuck are two guys going to do?" He took cash only, but when looking for an ATM he turned off the meter and rounded my fare down. He rounded it from $27.50 to $25 which is appreciated. He also offered me a cigarette which I appreciated.

When you need reliable transportation call Scottsdale Town Cars & SUV!…read more Great service, very helpful and knowledgable of the happenings in Phoenix. My flight crew was picked up at the airport, taken to the hotel and on the ride to the hotel we were given the lay of the land. Where to eat, party, get cigars and all for a great price. The driver was good and made reservations for us since our time was limited, he was on time picking us up and he knew where he was going. Detours around town were no obstacle, he knew how to get around without major delays in traffic. We ate, hit a couple of clubs and made it back to the hotel at the time we wanted and my crew and I were very happy with this service. Cheaper than renting a car without all the hassles! Call them when your in Phoenix or anywhere around the valley and need reliable transportation! It's worth the money and headache free transportation. You tell them where you want to go and what you want to do and they make it happen! They are my car service of choice when my crews are here in Phoenix and want to hang out!!! What are you waiting for, make the call! You won't be disappointed! Thanks Scottsdale Town Cars & SUV Transportation, we appreciate your safe and professional services!

He was very good and nice vehicle however he showed up over 20 minutes early. Called to let me know he was waiting outside. Big problem was with the pick up at the airport, i called at 2 that afternoon to confirm he would be there. He confirmed he had all flight information and would track our flight. I requested the driver text me as to where he wanted to pick us up at, which door and side. He assured he would. Our flight showed up a few minutes early, never heard from driver so I called Scott(owner) no answer, left message and waited for baggage. Baggage arrived and called again, still no answer, left another message and headed outside, didn't see limo, called and sent text messages, no response until about an hour after first phone call when Scott finally answered the phone. Says he was sorry but they had a problem with the car and he has another that was at the airport and he could send it to pick me up. I asked why he didn't let me know prior to this point, no response. He asked where exactly we were and what I was wearing so driver would recognize me. Says he would be there within 5 minutes. Needless to say his limo never showed and I was able to get another one there. Nothing worse than unnecessary stress at the end of a trip because you hired the wrong limo service. Do yourself a favor and do not even think about giving this company a try.
