Used The Drain Company yesterday. Fast, clean, prompt and the fee was appropriate.

Had an excellent experience with this company. It was a Friday afternoon and we had a backup of our washing machine's drainage line .. water was everywhere and we couldn't wash anymore clothes. Called THE DRAIN CO and Raeanna was awesome .. she was able to get a technician out within a few hours. Good communication throughout the experience - they called with an earlier opening and the tech was great once he arrived. Sam arrived at our house and went right to work .. he was very knowledgeable and explained everything before he unloaded his equipment and fixed the issue. It didn't take too long and the prices were reasonable - everything works great now! I am definitely going to use this company again! Thank You! read more

Our toilet was draining slowly (not overflowing). We called The Drain Co. and Andy showed up within two hours after keeping us informed about his ETA. Once he arrived, he was done within 10 minutes after a very pleasant interaction. Our toilet was snaked quickly and efficiently, and he was friendly while doing it. We also were charged a very reasonable rate even though we had been advised that we had the option of paying the overtime charge to come the same day or wait until the next day and pay the regular rate. I don't think the rate we were charged counted as overtime because if it did, I'm really impressed! This is an A-1 company and I'm glad we checked Yelp and tried them out. Hopefully we won't have any clogged drains for a while, but we're keeping this number for when we do! read more

No Freebie here, I straight up got the best service for the best price, twice in two days :)) Ive used the company before & called them when my drains were backing up a few days ago. Star, my go to girl there, sent out a young man , George, who was as polite and as concerned for my problems as I was. He spent an hr and a half rooting the main access and all my inner bathtub drains and everything not only ran perfectly after ward, but I was so happy with him and his personality, I threw out a generous tip. I was suprised when he refused it and I actually almost had to twist his arm to take it. George was not only really pro, but Ive seen some crazy things coming out of my drains before and this is a guy with no problems getting his hands dirty. He even offered a way or two to save money on a couple of things, but I just wanted to get it done and $$$ was not an issue. After he left my confidence and customore satisfaction was at 110%. Next day my drain was still a little twitchy, so George came right back, and figured maybe he hadent gone far enough so he grinded my drain out 175 feet and that did the trick. Total for that trip & extra work... $00.00 . Im so happy with this company, three times now, I will never ask anybody else to do my drains ,plumbing etc.. and George is my go to guy first, before anybody else, George, personal thanks and kudus to you! You did totally pro work.and get a 110% Customore rating from me,, and im a guy who has won customore service of the year 3 years in a row at my company so I know excellence when I see it. If I could give them 10 stars I would. it is a great comfort to know in this screwy world that there are still companies who pride themselves on the best work that can be done, and do their work like their doing it on their own house. Drain Co. Is great! Thank you fellow Yelpers for once again giving me great information. I was doing laundry, and the washer caused the toilet to flood. I dreaded deciding who to call. Always terrified that I would have someone come out, and over quote for the job. Clearly, our main sewer line was clogged. I bit the bullet and decided to call the prior company I used first thing in the morning. Was given a morning window that someone would be out here by noon. Well, noon passes, 12:30 passes, and I still have not heard from or seen anyone. I understand when a business like that is running late, no problem. But THEY should have called ME and let me know. Instead, I called them. They said that their guys were busy and running late, but would be there within less than 60 minutes. Well, 60 minutes pass and you guessed it. No show. They called me this time and said that their guys are running an hour and a half late. At this point, I thought, I'd check a Yelp referral. Star answered very professionally and nicely. When she saw that her workers' availability was not going to work, since I had to pick kids up from school, then doctors appt. etc., she did some kind of magic juggling act, and made sure she had someone at my house within the hour to accommodate me. She was friendly, no pressure tactics, gave me the price over the phone. George showed up rather quickly. Was also professional and nice. Took care of business immediately. No surprises. $89.50. Less than the other rooter's $125. Since I liked how they worked, I asked him to look at another clogged drain that leads to the street. When it rains, it is clogged and floods our garage. He tried it and rather quickly confirmed my guess that the pipe has either collapsed or is just too full of dirt and it would not be worth it since it would take hours to try and unclog. He made it clear he did not want to take my money this way and recommended I hire someone to re-pipe. Honesty, that's what I appreciate. A person I could trust. Thank you Star and George. This company is as good as it can get! A few months ago they helped us with installing a new water heater on a weekend, that too at a reasonable price at a few hours notice..since then they have been our go-to company for anything related to plumbing. They have fixed a few leaking issues in the house, over-pressure regulator and kitchen sink garbage disposal. Mark is a very knowledgeable and quite professional in what he does. Last week Mark came out to check some water accumulated under the kitchen sink.. he checked all the possible issues and the dishwasher. Turns out there was no issue, he didn't charge anything not even a nominal service charge for coming out to check. That shows the level of integrity, honesty and what real customer service is about! Called The Drain Co after reading so many wonderful reviews here on Yelp and I am happy to say that the reviews were correct. I called Vicky early in the day hoping that she could send someone out the same day but did not expect that she could. Vicky made sure that she would have someone to take care of our main line blockage and even scheduled the appointment around my crazy work schedule. I got a call from Kent a half hour ahead of his arrival as I had requested and met him at the house. Kent was super nice, on time, well versed in drain problems, explained everything as he worked and cleaned up after being done. The price was quoted before he started and is also listed on their website so no surprises. I can't think of a better vendor when needing assistance for drain problems other than The Drain Co. Super nice, reasonable rates, quick repairs, on time, clean and they get results. Even the new customer packet is nice ... I love the expandable sponge!! They were great and much less expensive than another place I called. I have a regular plumber but he doesn't do rooter service so I called Drain Co. I didn't have an emergency but they still arrived within a couple hours, snaked the line and were done quickly. The office phone person and service guy were both nice. read more

We have been having a major issue with a backed up drain in our laundry room/garage which was causing leaking. I called The Drain Company around 3pm on Saturday and they had Shannon at out house by 5:15. He immediately got to work, and was able to get the clog out that was over 40' into my drain. He also assisted me in moving a temporary fake plastic flooring that the previous owner had laid (I think to hide the water that had been leaking). Based on 5 star Yelp reviews I called the Drain Co after I had received an estimate from Roto Rooter for $1800 to unclog my drain. Oscar from the Drain Co arrived late but was very professional and gave me two alternatives to fix my problem. I decided on the more expensive alternative--$144(!!) and he finished in about an hour. Everything drains fine now and I saved about $1600. read more

I had a main line back up on a Friday night, called early Saturday morning and they were here by 11 drain was clear by 11:30. Andy was polite, honest & even arrived early. This company is an example of the right way to do business. I had a backed up drain and called Roto-Rooter, never having had that problem before and knowing the name. They showed up an hour late and the guy quoted me $250. I had a bad feeling about the guy and price so passed. I called the Drain Co around 8:00 pm and got a call back within 30 minutes from Tom the technician. He said he could come out that night but its more expensive so we made an appointment for 9:00 am. He was there on time and did an amazing job. He went way above and beyond and fixed it for $89.50. No up-selling, no BS, just honest and good work. I highly recommend them. Don't waste time with the big name companies, it will cost you more and the service won't be half as good. read more

I called this morning, and Kent arrived in less than an hour to clean out both the main line to the street and the kitchen drain. He spent an hour and a half at my home for a total charge of $127 -- a fee I certainly feel is more than fair. Fifteen minutes after he left, Star, the owner, called to make sure I was satisfied. Interesting he pointed out the drain could not be handled by his equipment and gave me a referral. He did clean out my sewer line. Very friendly and honest in approach. If there was a way to give a 10 star rating to this company, I would. The plumber, Andy, did an exceptional job!!! My kitchen sink was clogged and after calling few different plumbing companies (including Roto Rooter - they give free estimates but they try to push you to buy their products. Their quote was $226), I got in contact with Andy. He was working at another job in a nearby city. After I told him about my situation, he assured me that he will be at my house regardless when he finishes his job. He was able to make it to my house around 7PM. When I was clearing up the stuff from underneath the sink, I noticed that there were two pipes that were also leaking. Andy didn't hesitate to say that he'll fix them as well for the same price of $110. He tried to put the snake through the sink, but was having a hard time getting to the clog. After trying for an hour, he decided to go on the roof and put the snake through the vent. He was able to fix the clog from there. He did not give-up nor that he charged me extra to climb on the roof. VERY HONEST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED!!!! I would recommend him and The Drain Co. to everyone. GREAT JOB!!! read more

I am very upset at technician that showed up for a job today and request a full explanation why your technicians always lie. This is the second time this happened and I was quoted $125.00 for over-time service at 2:00 p.m.. The technician showed up approximately one hour early (should have been between 4-6) and he showed up about 3 o'clock and charged me additional money because he had to wait for some one to open the door. This is such a bogus billing, The office is always closed and they use an answering service. we were at the mercy of rude technician with unreasonable estimates. He charged $190.00 for overtime services. Additional $37,00 for using stairs when we have a driveway. He intentionally used the stairs. Had I known these gimmicks I would not have used their services. I demand a refund of $90.00 immediately and I am posting this true review of this company's outrageous gimmicks. This is a second time this happened.. I intend to file a complaint with the better business bureau (BBB) for false advertising and playing gimmicks. read more
