Oscar loved her his first visit and when he knew where we were going every time after that he got so excited. Tori is a definite dog person and my dogs know it. She is pleasant to talk with, she is a kind person and it shows with every dog I see her with. She takes the time to get to know each individual dog and she treats them like her own. That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.

Dogs can get sick anywhere. And rain happens. They have to go outside to the bathroom, typically with other dogs. If your dog doesn't roll around, I'm sure other dogs do. And if all of those dogs are trying to come inside at the same time, the other muddy dogs can easily brush up against yours. Common sense people. Things happen. That's life. And as for those complaining about customer service - I get it. I wouldn't want to talk to a rude worker either. I've never had an issue with the lovely people here though. We recently started boarding our dog here maybe a year ago, and we love it so much that we send her here every time we go on a trip. We pay the extra money to get her groomed so we don't have to do it at home, and she's never come home muddy or sick. I highly recommend this place, if you have common sense.

I wrote a message to the website to give the owners a chance of explaining, but they didn't even bother to respond. For the sake of your pets, find somewhere else.
