Who let the dogs out? I did! I let my puppy out and took her to Woof's. WOW. What a great place!…read more I was nervous at first because trusting my baby to strangers was a big step for me. After the first trial visit, though, Annie the Havi, was joyful to go back. I love that I can watch her on video and know what she is doing every minute. They have a well-maintained, clean and sanitary facility. The staff has been especially nice and helpful. Because of COVID, they come to my car to pick up Annie. She is sooo happy to see them and she flies into their arms. I can tell she loves coming to Woof's. They give me a report and send me photos so I can watch her progress. I think they truly love the dogs that come to Woof's. The building is easily accessible and there are plenty of parking spaces. I could not be happier with Woof's. The prices for services are great, too. Hope to be coming here for a long time.

My wife and I boarded our two Maltese dogs here from May 31 to June 7, 2026…read more Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We left 16 packets of Cesar wet dog food along with both written and verbal instructions that each dog was to receive one packet per day. We provided 2 packets for immediate feeding and 14 additional packets for the rest of the stay. When we picked up our dogs, we were given 11 packets back. That means only 5 packets were used during an 8-day stay, despite our clear feeding instructions. We were also given back 100% of the dog treats we had left for them. In addition, we provided enough heart medication for our female dog, who has a heart murmur, to cover the entire boarding period. The night before pickup, we received a call stating they had run out of her medication. However, when we picked up our dogs, we were given 4 pills back. This raises serious concerns about whether her medication was administered properly and consistently. My wife called to discuss these issues with management and spoke with Wynona. Rather than addressing our concerns, she felt talked over and dismissed. For nearly $600 in boarding fees, we expected our dogs' feeding and medication instructions to be followed carefully. Instead, the response we received felt indifferent and lacked accountability. It's especially disappointing because we've had positive experiences here in the past. The groomers do a great job, but we've also experienced delays in being notified when grooming appointments were complete, sometimes waiting hours before receiving a pickup call. Based on this experience, we will not be returning for boarding services, and we are considering other options for grooming as well. I will also be contacting corporate regarding these concerns.

Also known for hitting dogs with objects very unprofessional again. You get hired under false pretenses. In this picture I provided and what is circled is what they used to hit the dogs when they don't behave or bark. Please watch who you take your fur babies too Wizard of Paws response is lies. Those red toys circled were on All the cages all over the building to hit dogs with!! You're right she seen the behavior and the trash talking of clients!!! You are lucky she even stayed as long as she did you were lucky to have her and not get called out to the clients about the behavior at your shop!! The one towel rule is just gross! You have a very different definition of high standards!!!I personally feel people have a right to know what goes on with their animals. I would want to know. Regardless of what you feel, she should and shouldn't have been doing to your standards, which the one towel thing doesn't seem like they too high to reach. Never the less doesn't give anyone MONICA in that shop the right to hit on dogs. So your clients can use their own judgment on your red "all the same, grandkids toys" . Shame on this place!

No one ever said a word about her nipping and I had ask and been told she was fine. For her benefit I would have thought something would have been said a long time ago when I could have gotten tranquilizers to help her deal with the trauma.
