That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.

I asked all my friends with dogs, I posted on Facebook and the unanimous answer I received was to go to Shelbie at Absolute Pawfection. I made the appointment and showed up promptly for Annie's grooming. Shelbie could not have been better. She did a fabulous job. Before the appointment she had sent out a text message saying customers needed to allow four hours for services but she was finished with Anne in just over an hour. Annie looked adorable, too. Her tail was wagging and she was as happy with her experience as I was. Absolute Pawfection is located in a stand-alone building and it's a sizeable place. Shelbie has basically turned two separate stores into one big grooming facility. There is plenty of parking and the business is easy to access. I got there around 7:45 am and the place was buzzing with activity. The inside is nicely decorated with lovely paintings of animals. There is a gorgeous cat, Chores, who served as the greeter. Chores made me smile. The price was very reasonable. I have paid more for worse service elsewhere. I liked the way Shelbie and Mandi were with the animals. Annie was not nervous or afraid at all. There was just a great vibe about this establishment. I was so pleased I made a repeat appointment. Highly recommended! Woof Woof (from Annie).

I left a desperate voicemail with Absolute Pawfection with a plead for help, and they called me back at 8:30pm (way past closing time when they shouldn't have to help anyone) and told me that after his veterinary appointment in the morning, I should call her and she would just work him in. I almost cried, he smelled so bad. I walked him in, and he was met with open arms (and two adorable cats in the window). They got him worked in in less than two hours and he was so fluffy and smelled like flowers. He was also so happy when I picked him up, not stressed at all. They did not have to work in a filthy new client husky last minute, but they did. I can't recommend enough. I will only be going here from now on.

Came to this place even though they charged me double the money than at other salons because I saw it had good reviews and references. Clearly it was a mistake. My baby since he got back from the groomer doesn't stop shaking his head and scratching one ear like it bothers him. I was very clear and detailed regarding the grooming including his ears, but he came back with his ears FULL of hair and very dirty. I'm very disappointed. I hope my dog doesn't develop an ear infection, which he has never had.

After the first trial visit, though, Annie the Havi, was joyful to go back. I love that I can watch her on video and know what she is doing every minute. They have a well-maintained, clean and sanitary facility. The staff has been especially nice and helpful. Because of COVID, they come to my car to pick up Annie. She is sooo happy to see them and she flies into their arms. I can tell she loves coming to Woof's. They give me a report and send me photos so I can watch her progress. I think they truly love the dogs that come to Woof's. The building is easily accessible and there are plenty of parking spaces. I could not be happier with Woof's.
