He must have had the time of his life. The next week I dropped him off for a stay while I was on a work trip. I saw him running around every day on the cameras and it looked like he was having a blast even though he was by far the smallest dog of the bunch. After I picked him up he's like a whole new, even better dog. He was always sweet, friendly, and cuddly, but leery of other people and dogs - just shy. Now he's so well socialized he isn't phased by others. I won't hesitate to bring him back for a play day or an overnight stay. Loved getting my digital pupdate, although I was irritated the buggy Gingr app downloaded the same photo like 10 times when I tried to download them all. I felt like the staff was caring and communicative. They did a great job on his nail trim and he came home smelling great.

Apparently it is in the fine print that if you cancel, even with 11 days notice, they give you a credit. You can cancel any physician appointment with 24 hours notice, or less. I explained the reason: financial. This makes me feel ill: I cant afford it. They didnt care, and kept my money. You shouldnt have to be rich to board an uncomplicated pet for 8 hours. This is shameful, at the very least. This is an addition, after my review went live: the refusal to return by deposit with 11 days notice and making it a store credit was NOT explained when I made the reservation over the phone. They are very expensive and in my experience there are hidden fees, despite the answer from the owner. To the owner: trust me, I am sorry as well.

I was very clear and detailed regarding the grooming including his ears, but he came back with his ears FULL of hair and very dirty. I'm very disappointed. I believe the individual by the name of Faye epically failed this morning when I showed up to their "hospital" with my dying Bella. Instead of greeting me as I walked into their "hospital" she told me to wait and proceeded to book an appointment for later in the day. As my Bella suffered this person couldn't be bothered to put a call on hold or tell me that they didn't even have a veterinarian on duty. Admittedly I was rude and left with verbal expletive on her lack of intelligence.

My dog was there for eight hours yesterday even though we were the first ones in the door. The…read moregroomer took later entries before her and left her until last. I tried calling but got no answer and finally caught up with the groomer when she was eating.......at Subway......at 4:30. In all that time my dog had not been taken outside (there is no safe place to do that) and when she got home she drank and drank and drank. That led me to believe she had not had water during that time. The haircut was uneven, nails were not clipped and she threw up all evening. Also, the cost was the same as everyplace else. I would not recommend this business and will not be going back.
