Everything is premade, so you can't make any substitutions or changes of any kind. Just not worth it for me, although I've heard from others that the donuts are good (I'm not a fan of donuts). Hopefully those make this place a little more redeemable! I will say that the interior is really well done. Visually, the place is great. I was in concourse A and to get to concourse b I had to take two trains I think to get to it. My connecting flight was in carquest b anyway so that was convenient for me however I still have to go to the third floor the food court that's where voodoo don't us is located in the corner nearby United Club lounge entrance. I purchased for my mom for a dozen of the classic voodoo donuts they have various options but if you get a dozen it's either the classic or it's the special kind of donuts. And I was able to pick up some merch as well I got a oversized sweatshirt luckily I already wear oversized sweatshirt. They do honor military discounts which was super helpful I totally appreciated that. We ate the donuts and I still have their shirt My favorite color pink now to add to my collection and it's super comfy too super soft.
