It is hard for me to leave this review but it's a must! They need to Hire professional groomers . I've brought my Bentley here many times. And not always satisfied but you know I told myself maybe they will do good next time. The Lady there is nice and so I was nice to give this place another chance . But no sad to say this will be the last. I mean I literally went into detail and photos of how I wanted his hair cut And the lady there said she can do it . I picked up my baby and his hair looked like it was cut by my 4 year old granddaughter . I mean I could've done that myself and save $75 plus tip . His hair was chopped up in short layers and a couple bald short areas . I mean all she said was sorry but hair grows , which was not the point . I know hair grows and there was nothing I can do anymore. I don't know if it was her or the owner or another employee. but don't tell someone that you can do it when you cannot . There has been an another time that this has happened including cutting his nail to short . He was bleeding. But again I said to myself accidents happen . Update: They recently have become short staffed and it's difficult to make an appointment. I've called a few times and they are booked up to a couple weeks. The only day they do walk ins is Saturday and even then it's first come first serve with many people trying to get their pups in. I now have 2 dogs and it's harder than before to get them in. Wish they had more staff or allowed more flexibility for short haired dogs considering they don't even require haircuts. read more

He is usually terrified of strangers but they made him feel super welcome and turned out he wasn't a huge pain which was good! I have been bringing my dog multipoo to this place for over 3 years now. The owner was an older lady with great customer service. Now that the daughter has taken over...things have gotten down hill. Last time I picked up my dog from this groomers, she had nicks and boo boos in 3 places. I called them immediately, took pictures. When I went back again, showed her the pics, the daughter was so rude and aggressive. She gave an excuse for all the boo boos and did not take responsibility for it. I was not even upset about it till she started getting loud. As if she was the victim here. Very very bad!!! read more

They charged me $40 for a full service which included: Bath Cut Blow Nail trim Teeth cleaning Anal gland It took about 2 1/2 hours with out an appointment and when I picked them up they had two little bows and looked so adorable. Took my dog in on Monday afternoon at around 1pm without an appointment. The younger Korean girl took him in and we picked him up at 4pm. When she brought him out he did not have a cute bandana or anything like the other reviews state. He was anxious to go home so we paid and headed home, once we got home we noticed a huge cut on his neck, it was red and bleeding. I understand that things like this can happen, especially because my dog is not a very calm dog and he can be a handful but I just don't understand why she didn't tell us what happened. We have been coming here for the past 3 years but they will not be getting any more business from me. The haircuts have been inconsistent. We have been asking for the same haircuts for years but have gotten different results the last few times. They used to be so good for the price but now it's not even worth it. They have left injuries on my dog on a few occasions and I should have stopped then. But the last straw was when he got cut over his eye and it got infected. This is my go to grooming place for my dog. I've never had a problem. The price is affordable. They are quick. My dog looks cute after each hair cut. My dog is smallish medium, I'd say. A wash and cut is $40. He is usually ready in about 2 hours. He always gets the summer cut and he looks mighty dapper. They always give him a bandana or bow tie. So adorbs. She insisted for a lion cut and wanted to give him a pom pom tail. I empasized again to NOT touch his tail and where to shave him down. She didn't write anything down which shocked me, but I didn't want to think much of it. I thought maybe she was almost done with the dog she was working on and it would all be fresh in her memory. I drove away with doubt. they got my info down, but they didn't ask for his name and gave me his collar and leash. 4hours later I get a call that's he's done. I walked in, he's wearing a pink bow, yes HE, and yes a pink bow ,not a bandana but a pink bow. SHE SHAVED DOWN HIS ENTIRE BODY, LEFT THE MOST UNEVEN LION FRONT AND DID A POM POM AT THE END OF HIS TAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She ignored me completely and did what she wanted and didn't even do a good job of it! There were uneven parts in the front and back. I was livid!! I hate the cut! She wasn't there, and lucky for her she wasn't bc I was and still am extremely upset. He doesn't even look like my dog. If you have a long haired dog and love him or her PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT bring them here. Even when my brother called to complain and was told they were owned by strict Koreans and the only way to get a point across is to sue. Followed by there must've been a miscommunication between I and the groomer. NEVER AGAIN!! The groomer doesn't listen. I was very vocal on what parts to keep and told her 3 times or more not to touch his tail. I just hope his fur grows back fast so that he can look like himself again. DO NOT GO THERE! They are so f** abusive and rough toward all dogs! Not only were there no structure, meaning they take all dogs (obviously just for the money) and you would have to wait for hours to pick up your dog! With zero patience, this one Korean woman literally was yanking and roughly rubbing towards my dogs and most dogs! When I confronted her, she told us to never come back again and told us to go to petco instead. After 2 times going there, My dog has been traumatized and would never step foot into our bathroom! 5/25/17 Update: I've been in contact with several other people who have had the similar horrifying experiences with this business. The Doggery was somehow able to get several one star customer's reviews deleted! I saw firsthand my gf's dog leave this place bloody and in pain from their neglect. The employee tried to cover up there neglect but rushing my friend to pick up her dog and then making it seem like it was the dogs fault! They placed my girl friend's Boxer in a crate that was broken and had wires sticking out everywhere. My friend spent over a thousand dollars to take her poor pup to the vet and this groomer is denying any wrong doing. They even went so far as to call her a liar that this didn't happen! She is hiring an attorney to try to recoup compensation for all of the time and money that she has spent dealing with this poor excuse for a store. read more
