Professional, friendly team. I go for all of the grooming services except a cut, and they take great care him.

We really like this groomer. And most of all, my anxious dog seems to like this place better than others. It's a bit of a drive for us, but it's worth it. The owner or the man who picks up the phone is always friendly. read more

It is hard for me to leave this review but it's a must! They need to Hire professional groomers . I've brought my Bentley here many times. And not always satisfied but you know I told myself maybe they will do good next time. The Lady there is nice and so I was nice to give this place another chance . But no sad to say this will be the last. I mean I literally went into detail and photos of how I wanted his hair cut And the lady there said she can do it . I picked up my baby and his hair looked like it was cut by my 4 year old granddaughter . I mean I could've done that myself and save $75 plus tip . His hair was chopped up in short layers and a couple bald short areas . I mean all she said was sorry but hair grows , which was not the point . I know hair grows and there was nothing I can do anymore. I don't know if it was her or the owner or another employee. but don't tell someone that you can do it when you cannot . There has been an another time that this has happened including cutting his nail to short . He was bleeding. But again I said to myself accidents happen . So I gave another chance For those who have had a good experience that's great for you . unfortunately I have not :( The Doggery I wish you the best and hope you improve in those areas . read more

We've been bringing our dog Paddington here for about a year and they always do a great job! They're super friendly and the prices are affordable. Paddington can be a bit of a handful, and they are great with him. Glad to have The Doggery in our neighborhood! read more

Place turns down your business and claims appointments only when they've been taking walk ins for years. Absolutely unprofessional to turn down dogs in need read more

If you care for your babies, please do not take them here. Groomers are neglectful, careless and ignorant. I've had a handful of times when they "accidentally" cut my baby and not to mention, leaving them behind in the crate before closing the store. read more

This is how they will treat your dogs here. This is not okay!!! Avoid this place! He came home traumatized and in pain. Scared to be touched. He clearly have pain on both his ears. More pictures added. read more

BARK BARK BARK. Stunning service for my little bean Lexi. She had a great grooming appointment, from bath, cut, nail clipping. She had a lot of matted hair so she needed some extra love. Pricing: $60 which is fair! Lexi had an appointment at 9:30am, I dropped her off at 9:10am. Got a call to pick her up around 1:30pm. Yes that's a long time, but they had a lot of customers. keep up the great work! Will definitely come back! read more

Took my golden doodle puppy in for his first time at the Doggery! Our other two dogs have been there before. He is usually terrified of strangers but they made him feel super welcome and turned out he wasn't a huge pain which was good! Now don't get me wrong they do spend quite some time in a cage because the shop is small but it's only for a few hours and our pup was fine :) read more

Only place I will take my little teddy Bear. They're are always super accommodating and remember him every time we come in.

Update: They recently have become short staffed and it's difficult to make an appointment. I've called a few times and they are booked up to a couple weeks. The only day they do walk ins is Saturday and even then it's first come first serve with many people trying to get their pups in. I now have 2 dogs and it's harder than before to get them in. Wish they had more staff or allowed more flexibility for short haired dogs considering they don't even require haircuts. read more

First time here. The usual place was closed. I found The Doggery here in Yelp. When I first got there the girl was so nice and friendly with my dogs and I. They charged me $40 for a full service which included: Bath Cut Blow Nail trim Teeth cleaning Anal gland It took about 2 1/2 hours with out an appointment and when I picked them up they had two little bows and looked so adorable. I will definitely come back again. read more

I have been bringing my dog multipoo to this place for over 3 years now. The owner was an older lady with great customer service. Now that the daughter has taken over...things have gotten down hill. Last time I picked up my dog from this groomers, she had nicks and boo boos in 3 places. I called them immediately, took pictures. When I went back again, showed her the pics, the daughter was so rude and aggressive. She gave an excuse for all the boo boos and did not take responsibility for it. I was not even upset about it till she started getting loud. As if she was the victim here. Very very bad!!! read more

Loved their patience and services with my pup. Extremely friendly and I appreciated their support with my dog who was feeling very scared. They were patient with him as he was rescued from the shelter. read more

Took my dog in on Monday afternoon at around 1pm without an appointment. The younger Korean girl took him in and we picked him up at 4pm. When she brought him out he did not have a cute bandana or anything like the other reviews state. He was anxious to go home so we paid and headed home, once we got home we noticed a huge cut on his neck, it was red and bleeding. I understand that things like this can happen, especially because my dog is not a very calm dog and he can be a handful but I just don't understand why she didn't tell us what happened. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional, I will not be returning. Now we have my poor dog in a protective collar until his wound heals. read more

Worst place ever. They cut my dog's hair just what they want, doesn't listen customers request. And they cut my dogs nail too short, was bleed and they never mentioned. Never go back that place ever. read more

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!! I've been a customer here for YEARS and ever since the sweet older lady who owns this place stopped working here, her RUDE daughter took over and ruined the business!!! Disgusting to find out she yelled at my mother because she called to make an appointment for our family dog and she yelled at my mother saying I'm not going to groom your dog and leave my son at school. Well maybe it's not our problem??? If you can't properly run a business then shut it down!!! She never accommodates customers and has a nasty attitude over the phone. She's disrespectful and clearly doesn't care about customer service. Horrible place!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! So sad she ruined her mothers grooming business. The mother was doing great before her daughter took over. YUCK!! read more

We have been coming here for the past 3 years but they will not be getting any more business from me. The haircuts have been inconsistent. We have been asking for the same haircuts for years but have gotten different results the last few times. They used to be so good for the price but now it's not even worth it. They have left injuries on my dog on a few occasions and I should have stopped then. But the last straw was when he got cut over his eye and it got infected. They are always rushing and it seems like they do not care anymore. It's really a shame that this place turned into what it is now. I would not recommend this place. read more

Sense the tone 'NO' Do NOT take ur pets here if u love ur dog. It's been 3 days and my dog has never been the same. My husband picked him up from this place and my puppy was bleeding. He was so traumatized he doesn't want to eat and he just hides under the table. I can't sleep and I can't eat and we are so depressed. I just hope my puppy will get better soon. I'm heartbroken. read more

I was very pleased with the wonderful grooming job at The Doggery. You can watch the gentle staff groom your dog, and they were so sweet and patient with my shy doggie. They got out all the mats and made him look and smell stunning. He did not act scared or anxious when I picked him up. Prices are very reasonable. They have a cute shop with doggie outfits and treats, and a darling black kitty lives in the store. I would recommend to any dog owner. Five stars all the way!! read more

-10million Stars!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR!!....my usual place was closed, due to my busy schedule it had to be today and since it got a good amount of good reviews I thought I'd give it a try. They left my dog looking horrible!! She did everything I asked her not to do. Didn't listen to my instructions at all. If they were real dog lovers they would've listened. Lesson learned. Top Dog Grooming on Reseda & Nordoff ONLY!! I walked in and explained to the groomer exactly what I wanted. First thing out of my mouth was to keep the front the same and not to touch his tail. She insisted for a lion cut and wanted to give him a pom pom tail. I empasized again to NOT touch his tail and where to shave him down. She didn't write anything down which shocked me, but I didn't want to think much of it. I thought maybe she was almost done with the dog she was working on and it would all be fresh in her memory. I drove away with doubt. they got my info down, but they didn't ask for his name and gave me his collar and leash. 4hours later I get a call that's he's done. I walked in, he's wearing a pink bow, yes HE, and yes a pink bow ,not a bandana but a pink bow. SHE SHAVED DOWN HIS ENTIRE BODY, LEFT THE MOST UNEVEN LION FRONT AND DID A POM POM AT THE END OF HIS TAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She ignored me completely and did what she wanted and didn't even do a good job of it! There were uneven parts in the front and back. I was livid!! I hate the cut! She wasn't there, and lucky for her she wasn't bc I was and still am extremely upset. He doesn't even look like my dog. If you have a long haired dog and love him or her PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT bring them here. Even when my brother called to complain and was told they were owned by strict Koreans and the only way to get a point across is to sue. Followed by there must've been a miscommunication between I and the groomer. NEVER AGAIN!! The groomer doesn't listen. I was very vocal on what parts to keep and told her 3 times or more not to touch his tail. I just hope his fur grows back fast so that he can look like himself again. Go to Top Dog on Reseda & Nordoff where they love dogs and listen. read more

This is my go to grooming place for my dog. I've never had a problem. The price is affordable. They are quick. My dog looks cute after each hair cut. My dog is smallish medium, I'd say. A wash and cut is $40. He is usually ready in about 2 hours. He always gets the summer cut and he looks mighty dapper. They always give him a bandana or bow tie. So adorbs. I would recommend this place from my experience alone. read more

Took my Maltese/terrier here for thanksgiving grooming and she came out looking like a new woman. Loved the cut they gave her and they had a nice selection of holiday clothes for dogs. The only reason for the lack of a star is because it took almost 5 hours before I can pick her up :/ read more

Horrible management. The 3rd time I've trusted them with my elderly Westminster Pomeranian. Asked if I could bring him at 10:30 am. Showed up at 12:30 only to find he was still locked in a cage & nothing had been done with him!! Super deceptive and uncaring . Do not trust them with your pet. I took him home . read more

DO NOT GO THERE! They are so f** abusive and rough toward all dogs! Not only were there no structure, meaning they take all dogs (obviously just for the money) and you would have to wait for hours to pick up your dog! With zero patience, this one Korean woman literally was yanking and roughly rubbing towards my dogs and most dogs! When I confronted her, she told us to never come back again and told us to go to petco instead. After 2 times going there, My dog has been traumatized and would never step foot into our bathroom! It goes to show how poorly he's been treated! For the sake of your doggie babies and yourself, go somewhere else please!! Read other reviews too!! I am so mad that I've not read the reviews before going there!! read more

I love the Doggery! My dogs BOTH have been coming here since they were just wittle babies! Being a fur mom getting your dogs groomed is the most exciting things ever! Every time I go they are always so welcoming and remembers my dogs and so accommodating especially with any weird request I have they always seem to make it work and it's hands down the best grooming place my dog has ever gone to! I can't speak for other reviews how ever my dogs never had an issue here and they always seem to enjoy going to this place. They always make both my babies smell go nice and just look the best! They always get crazy cute compliments every time they get back from this shop! Please give this place a try and if you don't like anything or want something fixed they are more than happy to help you guys! Whenever I have a little request for them to fix they are more than happy to do it with no additional charge :) and how precious are my babies ugh makes me so happy every time! read more
