They were really good at first the three times they groomed my precious boy Frank but then they…read morestarted to not be good at all it was absolutely deplorable customer service and not fair to my sweet little boy dog Frank I waited almost a month for his appointments because they're very busy I get that then they texted me and told me they had to cancel it because the groomer apparently hurt herself okay so I made another appointment they canceled that one because they said they didn't get confirmation that I didn't confirm it well yes I did I sent them the email of me confirming it they said well they don't have access to the emails they go directly to the owner well why didn't the owner tell you is what I'd like to know I mean you had all day to be notified that I can confirmed it what the heck people so I made another appointment they told me that I didn't confirm it either and they canceled it well yes I did confirm it so I sent the text messages of me confirming the appointment well they said they didn't get that text of me confirming it you mean to tell me you got all my other texts but didn't get the text of me confirming the appointment that's absolutely ridiculous I'm not stupid and don't lie to me and don't jerk me around it's not fair to my poor little sweet dog Frank who really would like to be groomed but that's okay I won't be using clean pup I found somewhere to take him problem solved thanks for making that so difficult clean pup it really wasn't necessary if you don't want to groom my dog that's fine I'll go somewhere else which I did but that whole situation was ridiculous it really was

He came out looking and smelling devine. Get this....Caitlyn had him in her arms and he was all snuggled up to her!! This is the dog that does NOT like strangers. He fell in love with her. I love having this service come to our house to groom my mini golden doodle. The groomer also did a good job, and she would come out clean, cute, and smelling much better. The only complaint I had was that they don't express the anal glands, which was part of every service she'd gotten before (or so I was told). I got a call from the owner/manager of the groomer's business, and he said that the veterinarians in the area recommended that groomers not do it, because it's usually taken care of by the natural processes when the dog poops. And if, for some reason, the dog gets them impacted, it's best for the vet to take care of it. I'm a little suspicious that the vets just want to preserve as many treatments as they can for themselves because it helps their bottom line, but who knows? Anyway, hopefully, my dog won't and that service in the near future (although she has needed it in the pst due to impacted gland, which the vet did take care of because she had been incessantly licking her butt and I was worried about her.
