Last time I had a mobile groomer it was only $65 and then I was happy to give her a tip. Today I paid $80 and then I gave them $10 for a tip. Brought him in at 11am (30 minutes early) and it almost 3pm by the time he was done. I guess its time to look elsewhere.

We feel blessed to find Roman for our 3rd grooming experience. Luckily Roman just opened a location close to Hidden Springs. Our Poodle looked great and I can tell from years of getting Standards groomed, that we were in good hands. I would recommend anyone with a Poodle or a Doodle to visit this groomer. Very happy.

I have had Harley Quinn groomed many times over the past 2 years at Dirty Paws, in Boise, however her groomer moved away suddenly and I was left with no other recourse other than to go to Petco, where they had an opening in several weeks. I was assured, before making the appointment, that Petco groomers had experience grooming a Fluffy Corgi. After a 3-hour session with the groomer, I picked up Harley Quinn and was told to pay for her grooming before I even had an opportunity to see her. After doing so, Harley Quinn was shown to me and I was so shocked by her appearance that I could not even say anything to the groomer. I realized, right away, that she was totally unqualified to groom a Fluffy Corgi and so I thought that she would not even understand why I was dissatisfied. I did not even drive her home, because I was so horrified with her appearance, so I realized that maybe I had time to go back to Dirty Paws to show them to her and see if there was anything that could be done for her. Also, Harley did not look happy as I am used to seeing her after being at the groomer. Jean Clock, a groomer for over 7 years at Dirty Paws, was familiar with Harley because she saw her come in many times for grooming. Jean Clock was startled at her appearance also, and remarked that she still had matting behind her ears and that she was still wet. Jean told me that it is not possible to finish the trimming and grooming until the dog was completely dry. She promised that she would take care of Harley the next day and give her a proper grooming. After she spent 2 hours at Dirty Paws, Jean Clock gave me the rundown of what Harley needed to finish her grooming. She said that Harley still had burrs in her fur near the skin and that her undercoat had not been removed, so the first thing she did was use a furminator on her. Then she gave her a good bath with conditioner and dried her fully before removing the matting behind her ears and her hind feet. She also said that Harley still had dirt between her toes and that her toenails were not trimmed. Finally, she trimmed Harley to make her beautiful, as I was so used to seeing her after a grooming session at Dirty Paws. When I picked up Harley after the rescue grooming, I had never seen her so happy. It was so obvious that she loved her experience at Dirty Paws as compared to her experience at Petco. Harley Quinn and Jean Clock are now best friends.

I know they close at 7. IO was 3 minutes past the apparent non advertised 'cut off'. The whole place was empty, and yet the person working said no, I had to leave. I am never going back here. This is so rude no to advertise this and have such rigid rules. You lost my business.

I discovered it myself after Paying and getting in the car. The groomer had covered the wound with a large amount of styptic powder and household super glue, making it impossible to see how severe the injury really was. I was led to believe it was a minor cut. It has now been almost a month, and enough of the powder has finally come off that I can see the true extent of the damage. My dog's ear was cut completely through, leaving it split with several holes. This was not a small nick--it was a serious injury that will likely leave him permanently disfigured. When I went back to speak with the owner/groomer, I was taken into an area that was filthy. Seeing the condition of the facility only made me more concerned about the level of care animals receive there. I trusted this business with my dog, and instead he suffered a serious injury that was not disclosed to me before I left. The way this was handled has been incredibly upsetting. I would never bring another pet here and would strongly encourage others to choose a groomer that prioritizes honesty, cleanliness, and the safety of the animals in their care.

I could have done much better with a beard trimmer. Rhonda did everything by the book. It's clear that she has years and years of experience. She really knows what she's doing. It's obvious she has years of experience. Her shop is always full of dogs because she clearly has many loyal customers. I'm now one of them. Nobody else is allowed to trim my dog.

When she completed her service I noticed that the hair on both hind quarters were excessively removed, exposing the under coating and skin (see photos). I contacted the owner, explained what happened and submitted a photo. I stated I was not satisfied with the service and wanted my money back. I never received a refund. I will never use this company again. It boggles the mind why anyone would want to use your company. I submitted a negative review because the groomer removed an excessive amount of hair. She could have contacted us or you to see if we should proceed. Since we disclosed that our dog has AD in her profile that you have, I'm shocked you didn't advise against it. I'm sure current and future clients will be comforted to know that you display personal information via Yelp when you receive bad reviews.

It was $40 for the groom, but yeah, I was not pleased with the finished product. The guy there seemed to not like me from the get go. Honestly, I have no idea why. So we went in there, and the owner took one look at our kids, and said I cannot let them out of this shop looking like that. We told her the oldest had separation anxiety more so since our accident in March 2021 at the Malad Gorge in Idaho..So we left them there , they called at 3pm but didn't get the message til 4.
