Smells horrible. People are rude. Customer service was terrible. Dogs looked worse than before I brought them.

They never answer there phone or respond to voice mails I leave so I have no way of getting quotes. Then when they finally answer they charge more than anyone else for the same thing and I was not happy with the service I received. read more

Our 5 schnauzers are always treated with care here. Yes it smells like animals in a grooming salon. I believe these wonderful people also do a lot of rescue work. They are always quick and professional, and love our babies just like we do. No complaints! read more

Worst experience ever!!! The place smells like feces and is filthy dirty! My sister dropped my Yorkie off and told me how bad it was. I picked him up later that day and seriously gagged. A week after the appt, my little guy started scratching, and when we started looking at his skin we found fleas!! He is an only pet and is never around other animals, so this is the only place he could have got them... I would advise you to stay far away from this place. read more

Rating 3-stars because idk the check-in process just wasn't super friendly. Not rude, either, I just didn't walk out with that super happy feeling of finding "the" place. When I picked them up, I wasn't given any kind of feedback on how it went or how they did or anything. Our dogs are pretty new to us and we're trying to get them set w preferred places for grooming and such and I have already scheduled an appointment 2 months out for a different place. They did a good job, though. Dogs didn't seem traumatized or anything and no cuts or anything. They were both a mess given idk how long it'd been since their last grooming and they really needed it, so we were satisfied w the outcome, just left a lot to be desired for the rest of the experience. read more

They have some guy working there that has no idea how to handle a dog. He was dragging my dog by her leash and hanging her by it making her swing in the air and trying to drag her back. He went to try and pick her up realizing hes being a moron with my pet ,and clearly never picked a dog up. Grabs her by the harness and jerks her up hurting her. My dog was screaming in pain and he's still holding her harness with her hanging in the air straight up and down like a baby. I had to go over there little gate to get my dog away from him and he tries telling me no she's fine... she's clearly not fine and you have no idea what you are doing. I was extremely disappointed. She wouldn't stop shaking the entire way home and has been distressed since leaving This man should not be handling animals he is clueless. I hope no one else ever has this experience! read more

We are very pleased with the service here. Amber and Don are easy going and easy to deal with. They are very good with our Coton de Tulear who has a very long coat. He is always clean and fluffy when he comes home. This is our go-to place for grooming. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. My fiancé and I took our two Golden Retrievers here and asked for a shorter summer cut except for the ears. We came back and they were completely shaved-- tail and all (see the before and after). Unevenly, too. One dog has some tumors and when we got home, we realized one of them had been cut and they never said anything. The place also stinks of urine and looks like a zoo. Other groomers are more expensive, but it's worth the money. We called them the next day they were open to express our disappointment and the customer service was awful. Don't take your pets here. TLDR: They ignored what I requested, my dogs look terrible, they hurt my dog, and the place is disgusting. You're better off doing a DIY dog salon in your kitchen. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. What kind of an establishment hurts a dog to make him bleed from a NAIL TRIM. Doesn't inform the owner. And when the manager was involved he said it isn't a matter of life or death. As if an animal being injured In their care is no big deal. Avoid this location. They don't care about your animals safety. Now this poor dog is so skittish and probably will be aggressive or scared in the future to get his nails cut. Thanks a lot read more

STRAIGHT FILTH AND RUDE PEOPLE. Walked in and the place was so nasty. The girl at the front desk couldn't even hear me because they had a bunch of little dogs running around barking so loudly. I know it's a dog groomers but you should still pick up your dogs shit. I could barely breathe it was so disgusting. Poop smeared all over a table to the left. The woman came out and was so rude I couldn't believe it. She barely touched my dog and was like "yea we probably need to shave him" - I felt it was out of pure laziness. Especially after I had another groomer look at him and they said it was not the case. Which tells me they just didn't want to take the time. Now that I have read other reviews it also makes sense. read more

This place is so bad for specific cuts on your dog. If you want to do something simple, they probably can do that but if you show them a picture, don't plan on them getting it right. My parents just moved here with their shih tzu Chloe that was in need of grooming badly. I own boxers so I couldn't recommend a good groomer, so i took to Yelp & found these guys. They did an OUTSTANDING job with her. Chloe usually shakes for hours after a grooming & she has been prancing around the house all day! The owner was so kind to her when we dropped her off, she was shaking like a leaf & he just held her tight & petted her. I highly recommend Classic Cuts & they are now our go-to groomer! Amber did such a fantastic job! This was only my second time taking my pup to a professional groomer and I'm not the greatest sometimes at knowing what to ask for haircut wise. It was my first time in at Classic Cuts. Amber listened to my concerns and to what I wanted and she took really good care of my pup. Plus, the job was done in a timely manner. This place is awful. I called about a week ago asking them for prices to get our Bouvier de Flanders a hair cut. They guy said it was about $60 and I gave them very specific instructions to groom her like a schnauzer. We picked her up after her appointment and they groomed her like a standard poodle and charged us $80 for a cut that one; was not even close to what we asked (and proceeded to blame it on my wife) and two; was patchy and uneven. Our dog had mats on her face (very energetic dog who does not like us brushing her face) and I understand it's difficult to cut with mats but we've taken her to other groomers out of state who were able to groom her on several occasions while being matted and were able to groom her exactly as we wanted. I do not recommend this place. read more

I took my two doodles for grooming and I am very happy with their cuts. Owners are very nice( kept my dogs even when I mistakenly arrived 5 hours early!) place is calm and clean and they did a great job with my pups. Extremely reasonable rates. We will Definitely be back. read more

DO NOT go to this groomer! Butchered my dog. Took him in requesting a trim and they shaved him down so close he got razor burn. Horrible...I was shocked when I picked him up. He was not matted, we alway brush him out before we take him in. He's a Teddy Bear who had a beautiful coat now he looks like a little razored burned abused pup. Amber did a great job on both my Mini Schnauzers. They went there for the 1st time and didn't seem stressed or upset about being left with new groomers. They both looked so cute afterwards with no nicks or shave burns which I have had issues with in the past. So happy to have found this place so close to home. read more

We took our 20-pound Maine Coon, long haired, 13 year old cat to these folks and they did an outstanding job trimming his hair short for the summer. I didn't want anything fancy just a nice trim, and that's what Skipper got. The lady loves animals...you can tell. When other grooming establishments would not take a long haired cat, these folks did and did a great job. I would highly recommend them...Skipper would too. :-) read more

I love taking my 2 schnoodles here. I was taking them to another great groomer, but I prefer these guys because they do a much better schnauzer cut on my babies. Blu has been going here since he was a baby and Chase quite recently when we acquired him. Its gonna be both their birthdays tomorrow and I hope to get an appointment today to get both my babies all spiffied up, I highly recommend them! read more

I have to say I am incredibly impressed! I brought my two mini schnauzers in today for their grooming and they have always been VERY difficult. Classic Cuts not only had no problems getting their nails and ears but the dogs looked happy in the end and they got it done quickly! I will be coming back for every grooming in the future. read more
