First time here. Anne was very short and rude when I dropped him off to the point that she never mentioned anything about getting a call back when he was done. All she said was "it'll be in an hour". An hour and 10 minutes later I walk in and she's not done yet. No problem at all. My dog obviously reacted to seeing me and she got upset. She was very demeaning when she told me she assumed I read the sign on the door about getting a phone call. Forgive me but there's tons of stuff on the door. So as I wait for the call I leave the review. Never ever coming back here. read more

A big no thank you. Nice place, conveniently located, but rude staff. To the man working there, I didn't choose this job for you, I didn't ask you to work opening shift on a weekend either. Why you take that out on me is a mystery. Choose a different job then. You're surrounded by awesome dogs all day, why you choose to be a jerk is beyond me. Everyone has a bad day, but this is the second time. Maybe you should work in the back? Or next door at the bowling alley washing dishes? How about a leaf blowing gig, or maybe even a job at McDonalds cooking, and not talk to people, cause customer service is not your thing! I don't even think my dog liked you..... take the lady with you that everyone else is complaining about with you. Look at the other reviews, rude people work here. Lovely wash shop! We came in for a self service wash. The owner is very helpful and the stations have clean towels and forceful air blowers. There are ear wipes and the shampoo they provide is natural and gentle. Neat treat selection turned an apprehensive pup into a doughnut chomping fluffy beaming creature! This is the coolest idea. Cut my dog wash time in 1/2 at minimum. And dryers, soap, brushes, towels, smell good are included. And to top it off...a treat. We will without a doubt be back. The staff was friendly and the shop dog Charlie is the sweetest little gal. Grateful for a place like this. Our Golden had a bad past experience and remains very skittish when washed or brushed. The tubs here enabled us to maintain some control and keep the mess to a minimum. Want to know he greatest part...I didn't have to clean up the mess or puppy size hair balls left behind. read more

I have been here with both my pups and they are absolutely amazing, even when my spouse had accidentally sprained his ankle and they reschedule everything no problem. They do an amazing job with the pups as well, and my dogs always are excited to go! Not to mention they give the cutest goodie bag at the end! I have taken our dog Stella here 5 times now. They have a great facility with easy to use self washes, nice warm water to get my dog comfortable, all the tools you need. It's all super clean and comfortable too. The staff really loves dogs and they take great care of them during grooming. Great use of masks and safety precautions, which I appreciate. read more

We have taken our dog here just a couple of times, for a bath and maybe 2 haircuts. He was always very nervous having to be left there and I just thought it was because it was a new place. But from how this one groomer treated our dog I will never go back again. When my husband came to pick our dog up the groomer lady grabbed and pulled on the bottom of his chin and he just yelped. My husband asked her why she did that and she told him that's how she has to get control of him. No telling what else went on that we didn't see. I would think twice before taking your dog here. No wonder our dog didn't want to be left there. We are so upset this happened. I can't even give this place one star but it won't let me submit it without one read more

I am new to the area and my new place does not have an easy place for me to give my 60 lb Border Collie a bath. I took him to Shadow's Paw Wash and it was a great experience. The tubs they have are easy for the dog to get into and it was so easy to wash him. So good for my back! They had everything I needed and it was nice to not have to clean up too! We even did a nail trim while we were there. He was very squirmy because he hates getting his nails cut, but the staff was helpful and very patient. The price was so reasonable. They have everything you need: walk in tub, apron for you to stay dry, shampoo, brushes, combs, ear wipes, towels and blow dryer, and ear muffs . I love the atmosphere here. Very clean and relaxing place to bring our very excitable blue healer. Everything you need to spruce up your pup is right at hand, soap, brushes, towels, blow dryers, etc. They also have shirts and sweaters for the humans that come in. And lots of great toys and treats and bath products for purchase as well. At great prices! We utilize the self wash but they do grooming as well. The best part is not having to clean up the mess The owner Alex is always on site and so sweet. And Charlie the shop dog is so sweet and social. This puppy boutique has pop art of the owners family dogs throughout the shop and little details throughout the shop that show their love for the canine species. Also Alex and Sophia do so much amazing work with the local shelters. I love it here and so does our pup. read more
