All about Paws Grooming was fantastic. I have a cat that needed some special care due to "matting" and "clumping" of hair on his back and side. They gave me a special time to come in early, because they mostly groom dogs. Reese took such great care of me. He was able to shave off the tight bundles of matted fur off of Al (my cat), thoroughly brush him, give him a great bath, and blow dry. Al is no longer in pain and looks great. Not only are they experts at what they do, they really care, and it shows. I got a great price and am so happy. I am now a customer for life. You would be crazy to go anywhere else. Jessie & Candance the owners are the worst small business I've ever encountered. Jessie assured me that Candance would from my dog. Whomever did gave her a massive razor burn. I had to take her to my Veterinarian & now she is taking Apoquel to recover, which is making her sick. My Veterinarian bill was $275.00. When I approached Candance & showed her photos of the razor burn & Veternarian bill. She didn't care at all. I'm so grateful to have found All About Paws! I have a long hair / Maine Coon mix juvenile cat that had a terrible mat of feces in his sanitary area. Not only was it horrific to clean him (in the shower with him ) but it happened more than once. This last time I knew we were going to need to get him groomed, immediately! I did not want a repeat episode of the shower situation. When I called All About Paws, the owner went above and beyond for me to bring him in after closing as soon as possible. What a lifesaver! We were pretty apprehensive since we've never had a cat groomed before, but this was necessary. We met with Reece, he is very kind and compassionate, so we felt much better about the situation. It took less time than we expected, and when we came back he was finishing up with our cat. What an amazing groomer, he was so professional, calm and efficient. Highly impressed with the care he took in the trimming, combing and handling of our usually squirmy teenage cat. I can't say enough good things about this business, the owners and the staff. ZERO STARS. BEWARE. Went in for the first time to get my dogs nails trimmed and for an ear cleaning and the girls in there were SO RUDE. Right as I walked in, I was not greeted. The receptionist was on her phone and finally looked up after I was standing there for a couple minutes and just asked for my name. I let her know my dog just needed a trim and ear cleaning. Then someone came up. My dog is very skiddish from one traumatic experience from a groomer where they cut too far and he started bleeding really bad. This person who came up didn't greet us or ask me any questions about him. She just started trying to trim his nails right there by the front door and he was so scared. No one in there was friendly AT ALL. I then told her he usually gets taken back to the table to get trimmed so she then grabbed my dog and kept pulling & yanking his leg, when obviously he's not liking what she's doing and isn't trying to be gentle with him at all. She hurt him until he was yelping. After 2 min of watching this horror happen, I demanded them to give me my dog back. Absolutely worst service I have ever had at a dog groomers. We had to go somewhere new this week because we couldn't get in to our regular groomers so I thought I'd try here. BIG MISTAKE. Honestly wonder what they do to the animals when their owners aren't around because I was inside watching while they were trying to trim my dog's nails and they were so unprofessional and abusing my dog. I took my Golden there for more than two years. I liked Marnie & she made sure things were done correctly. There were always too many dogs in the tiny space & sometimes you couldn't be heard in conversations but they did a fair job on my boy so I kept going back. Then someone else bought the business & things went downhill from there. They raised the price by ten bucks, then fifteen. After two years I picked up my dog the last time & on the way home the new owner guy calls me & tells me the new price will be $125 - should be $145 - he called around & that's the going rate for Goldens. That was a 50% increase so I went somewhere else. The new place is clean & quiet & when you show up for the appointment they take him back to a room immediately & get to work. All About Paws took my dog & put him in an empty crate until they were ready & sometimes it would take three or four hours before they would call & I know he was kept in that crate for most of that time. I pay $95 now & the groomer does a MUCH better job than All About Paws EVER DID. I'm glad that the new owner has no customer skills & made me mad enough to go somewhere else - I'm happier & I KNOW my dog is happier too! read more

I took my goldendoodle pup here twice. Both times he had a ring around his neck from the noose being so tight on him. The second time I brought him in he started shaking uncontrollably I'm the car. He peed when I walked him inside. Both times picking him up he peed when he saw me. Marnie was the groomer. I felt so guilty taking my dog there, something was not right. Now we go to a different groomer - been with them for 3 1/2 years. Both of my dogs love them, jump in their arms and never pee, never shake or have noose lines around their neck. read more

We have taken our cocker spaniel here about 5 times. We had one grooming where he back looking really ridiculous but i chopped that up.to a mis communication over what I aaked for versus, what theu did. So I brought in pictures after that and they did a great job...my dissatisfaction started with the last appointment. They schedule me to drop him off at 9am, so by lunch time, I figure he will be done. I head out on my lunch break to pick him up and call to see if he is done...busy signal. I try calling multiple times during my 30 minute commute to pick him up...busy signal. I thimk they must have left their phone off the hook. I arrive and the owner is outside pacing the sidewalk on the phone to someone. I go inside to inquire about my dog and theu tell.me another 20 minutes, so I wait and come back. Owner is still outside on the phone! I pick up my dog amd all is good. I call this week aftet hours and see if I can get an appt in the next couple days (not usually an issue) and never get a call back. Guess I am kinda done. Looking for a new groomer. read more

This place is the number one place to bring your pup for a nice bath, haircut, and whatever else they may need to look and feel their best. My pups can be a bit anxious, but I know they are in good hands when I leave them. I have two mini Aussies, Sweetpea and Nova. The woman who owns the place and the people she employs are outstanding at their job! We dropped our golden retriever off at all about paws this morning, we have never brought him in before. We are very happy with his bath and hair cut. The staff here seem to genuinely love all of the animals that were brought in for their grooming. They were very personable and polite. Boost (our golden retriever) looked great when we picked him up. What was a nice surprise was boost was actually relatively calm when we picked him up; usually it takes about 20 minuets to calm him down when we get him so we think that is was probably a good experience for boost also! I took my maltese here for 3 haircuts and have been unhappy with all of them. The owner is so scatter brained that she can't even listen to your instructions on how you want your pets hair cut. The cuts are uneven, too short or she doesn't even cut the hair at all. It's more about quantity over quality here, beware! read more

I have had my dogs hair cut here twice now. I feel bad writing a bad review on this place when the other 2 reviews are really good ones. But I have to tell the truth and let anyone else know that is considering taking their animal here to be careful. The first time we took our little dog here, I was not paying attention. After the 2nd time, that was not good, my wife said that she was not happy with the 1st one either. This time, it was me that picked up the dog, so I paid attention to the cut. Our dogs body was cut at one length. Then his head was either not cut at all, or cut at a different length. Im pretty sure they did not touch it at all. The change in hair length between the body and head was not evenly cut or made to blend so it was not that noticeable. Some people might like their dog looking this way, so maybe they confused us with someone else. I am not sure. The hair under our dogs neck looked like a bad chop job. Im pretty sure I could have done it better than this. So if anyone reading this decided to take their dog here, my advice is to examine your animal carefully when you pick him or her up and if its not right, say something. As for us, unless we can find another groomer, we will be going back to Petco. read more

Today was our first visit to All about Paws after being highly recommend by a family member and I am so glad we went. My little chihuahua Roxy absolutely loved Marnie as did I! We took our cat here for her first grooming with us (we adopted her at 6 years old) and had a less than pleasant experience. We called 3 weeks in advance for a basic lion cut as she had developed some matting due to us not being able to get a reliable appointment anywhere. We scheduled an appointment for 1pm, which we called day of to confirm. After we confirmed it we brought her in expecting her to be groomed in a reasonable amount of time. The first thing I heard after I said we had an appointment was "It's usually better to bring cats in during the morning" which already was a red flag since they were the ones to book the appointment. I left my cat with them at 12:50 and went to the coffee shop next door to wait. At around 1:30 my husband went to check to make sure there were no issues, and was told that they would "get to her in a minute." During this second waiting period, the owner came out and seemed to be on the phone with someone else complaining about and insulting other customers. At around 2:00pm we went and checked in on her again to confirm they were at least started on her, but they had not. At this point we asked for our cat back and left. I had seen great reviews for dogs and they are one of the few places in the valley that were able to get a cat in, however we will not be returning and would not recommend bringing your cat here either. read more

I always struggle to find a good place to get my dog groomed and blow his under coat. I am never the kind of person who comes on and writes a bad review either. But I would really think twice on this salon. I was not impressed at all. My dog came home shedding more then he was before! He had fresh chewn piece of gum in his fur and he was aboslutely parched. He was in the shop for 6 hours and there was little to no difference in his grooming. They told me before I brought him in it would be 50$ and then when I went to go pay they charged me 65$ plus a 1.50 fee for using a debit card. If I knew, I would have brought cash. Then they wouldn't even give me a receipt after I asked for one because they couldn't find any handwritten ones. When I first went in, I told him last timeI had a very bad experience and they said they would not let me down and would do a good job but it was far from that. My dog was not happy there and they obviously did not treat him well because he was so quick to run from them. On top o that, his entire cage was filled with dog fur and he was still very wet when I picked him up. He gets groomed often by me and never has any issues. I am not impressed and will never refer another client to them! read more

Very disappointed and will not be back. This way our 3rd visit. The first was awesome. I wrote a review saying I would be a customer for life. No, not anymore. 2nd visit was not good, but everyone has bad days , so I tried again. 3rd visit. I walked in with my dog, a girl yelled over the noise from the back. I had to tell her 4 times who I was. She was not nice to say the least. Finally someone came up to the front and we got my dog checked in, after telling this girl 3 times who we were. Usually around 2 hours they call to tell me she is done. not this time. after 3 hours i called them. Someone answered and I asked if she was done. i told her the name she said who is that? I said Benji, she yelled to the back to ask if she was done, she gets back on the phone and says " I don't know, can you describe her?" WHAT?? She yells to the back again and someone yells back , another 20 mins. I arrived to pick her up, and was totally disgusted. A chop job for sure. NOT what I asked for. Trimmed some nails , not all. Missed places on her legs, I had to finish when I got home. The girl from before came up front, again just not a nice person. I will not be back nor will I recommend this place ever!! read more

I feel really bad writing this review, but feel I need to do it. I moved here last summer from another state. I took my puppies to Petsmart and I was disappointed. They charged me $60 and did not give me dog a haircut. I tried All About Paws and was very satisfied. In fact I recommended the salon to a friend and my dad. So two weeks ago we all took our dogs in to be trimmed. Out five dogs all of their haircuts were awful. We all heard our dogs were matted and had to be shaved, extremely close. I liked Marni and I am just really disappointed with her service. I can' t believe that every dog had to be shaved. I wish Marni the best, but we will pay a little more and get better service. I am really embarrassed that I recommended this business to others. read more

When I arrived the dogs that were there were calm and everything was in my view which made me feel comfortable.
