They were really good at first the three times they groomed my precious boy Frank but then they started to not be good at all it was absolutely deplorable customer service and not fair to my sweet little boy dog Frank I waited almost a month for his appointments because they're very busy I get that then they texted me and told me they had to cancel it because the groomer apparently hurt herself okay so I made another appointment they canceled that one because they said they didn't get confirmation that I didn't confirm it well yes I did I sent them the email of me confirming it they said well they don't have access to the emails they go directly to the owner well why didn't the owner tell you is what I'd like to know I mean you had all day to be notified that I can confirmed it what the heck people so I made another appointment they told me that I didn't confirm it either and they canceled it well yes I did confirm it so I sent the text messages of me confirming the appointment well they said they didn't get that text of me confirming it you mean to tell me you got all my other texts but didn't get the text of me confirming the appointment that's absolutely ridiculous I'm not stupid and don't lie to me and don't jerk me around it's not fair to my poor little sweet dog Frank who really would like to be groomed but that's okay I won't be using clean pup I found somewhere to take him problem solved thanks for making that so difficult clean pup it really wasn't necessary if you don't want to groom my dog that's fine I'll go somewhere else which I did but that whole situation was ridiculous it really was read more

We just moved here and decided to give them a try and I'm pretty sure Tim gave our pup the best grooming he's ever had! I'm so grateful to have easily found them and was even able to get him scheduled the same week. Thank you so much!! read more

We've used these guys frequently. Each time is a pleasant experience with some of the sweetest ladies who you can really tell LOVE animals. I have them cut my Yorkie because she has skin allergies and cancer. I know they will respect and love her while she's in their care. They usually end up being early in our scheduled days which doesn't bother me because they usually text beforehand. Give them a try! It's convenient! read more

Super happy with the experience we had! I called and Cleanpup was able to get both my dogs in same day. They came to our house, Makenna was so nice and loved the dogs. Really good prices as well, we will be a returning customer to cleanpup! read more

I have been using CleanPup Mobile Grooming for a little over a year now. While some would say this is pricey, the convenience is more than worth it. One of our doggos tends to be really nervous traveling to the groomers and does not do well in that type of environment. When the mobil groomers pull up, I walk the dogs out like they are going for a walk, the groomers take the leash and walk them into their little camper/van and they don't even look back . I don't know what happens once they close the door, but I have had nothing but positive reports. I have had a different groomer with each visit and every single one of them has been great. I will also add that my nervous girl does not do well with her nails being clipped, and each groomer has found a way to work around her resistance (without putting a muzzle on her). I cannot recommend this company enough. They make it SO easy, and the girls are so happy and proud of themselves when they come back to the house read more

My dog Makenna was scheduled for a grooming in another week but I got a call from Allison that she had a cancellation and could get her in early. Terrific! Makenna is 13 and has a number of senior dog issues like warts and weakness. We discussed this ahead of time as well as the kind of cut I wanted. In a short time she came bouncing in looking great! I'm so happy with the service and with how she looks and feels. Allison was so nice to her. It's a bit more expensive than driving to a salon, but for my girl I think it's definitely worth it!, read more

Just want to give a big shout out for CleanPup Mobile Grooming! They groomed my 2 pups Luna and Koda recently and I was so pleased. Luna is a rather large older shepherd husky mix and struggles getting in and out of the car to go to the groomers and gets very anxious being there for hours. They are more expensive but so worth it for the convenience and happiness of my babies. When she came to the door we walked them to her van I was very impressed-a grooming shop on wheels! When she came to my door a couple of hours later they were wagging their tails and looked and smelt so good! My schnauzer Koda never looked so cute. Oh, and I didn't have to take my car to the car wash! Thank You CleanPup you have a new client for life! read more

We rescued an elderly Malamute that had never been bathed or groomed and was filthy with severely matted fur. Clean Pup is the best and spent hours helping this old dog and did a great job. The Old Girls Nails had grown so long that she had to walk on her curled under nails. The Clean Pup Groomer was able to trim her nails with no difficulty. read more

Allison groomed our golden retriever this morning and did an excellent job! He looks fantastic! Thank you Allison! Great job.

I absolutely love this groomer! The owner, Angela, is so sweet, and is super responsive for appointments and special requests! I recently adopted a border collie who is afraid of pretty much everyone, but is especially cautious around men. So for this reason, I have asked for female groomers only, and they have accommodated my request with no question! I have already booked our second grooming appointment because Reno seemed to have enjoyed it so much Not only is the customer service on point, but you can't beat the convenience of the mobile service! read more

We recently adopted our sweet Golden Retriever, Bella, who was very much in need of a *thorough* bath. We tried to get her in with multiple grooming salons but most of them were booked out 2-6 weeks already! I found CleanPup Saturday evening and was able to easily book an appointment on their website for today (Monday) at 8am! The process was so easy that I wasn't sure if I had actually correctly booked her appointment. Not to mention I felt extra lucky for having to get her in so soon! Tim showed up exactly on time and was super professional and kind to Bella. He made sure he was fulfilling everything I wanted for Bella and gave a thorough explanation of what would go down. I was super impressed with how quickly he finished with her and Bella seemed happy and very relaxed. Best of all, she looks, feels, and SMELLS great!!! What an easy breezy experience for Bella and I! Thanks, Tim! read more

They did a pretty bad job on my dogs haircut, it's very choppy and uneven. On top of that it was $165 for my 30lb dog to have a basic groom bath/haircut. Absolutely outrageous pricing for a subpar job. Would not recommend read more

The amazing groomers at CleanPup Mobile Grooming do a great job bathing my Labs. The convenience of having them come to my house saves me time not having to deal with the hassle of loading my dogs in my car to take them to the salon. Well worth it! read more

Received a message the groomer would be 20 late, which is okay. But she ended up showing up 50 minutes late. The hair cut was okay, there are places on my dog that are really choppy and abrupt as well as parts that look like the groomer just didn't get to or double check. I told the groomer that one part that needed attention was between his toes/paws and she didn't even touch them! It's been awhile since my dog's anal glands were cleared and he sometimes drags his butt on the carpet which is a sign he needs them done, she said his were fine and didn't need them cleared. There were no prices posted anywhere so even though she was an hour late and didn't seem to do all the parts of the service that it says is included, I still got charged $90. Definitely won't be using this service again. read more

Was told one price and after words was told a different price. I feel scammed. Libby was done ok. Her face hairs were a little crooked. Will not use again read more

Cleanpup may be the most unorganized business I have ever done business with, especially for grooming. The guy shows up 10 minutes late for the appointment, then has to leave because he can't find his cell phone (which he later tells me he dropped somewhere near my house). I made my second appointment 2 months in advance (2 months before my vacation) and a month later they contact me to say their groomer is going to be on vacation and they need to reschedule. Their first impression is not great. The groomer washed my dog, clipped her nails, checked her glands and it was $95...she is a short hair pity. Not worth the hassle... try a different mobile groomer. read more

I could list the groomers I've taken Samson to but that would take too long. Being totally frustrated with trying to get a groomer to call back, I called CleanPup mobile. WOW, what a difference!!! Samson loves Melissa and Melissa loves us. It's a perfect match between groomer and client. You won't be sorry. read more

I used this service for almost a year I paid with tip $110. I was happy with Melissa (who always cut his hair) I received a message Melissa was no longer with the company. I wasn't home when the new girl came my husband said it took her about 90 mins when I came home his hair was hanging in the left side of his face (Yorkie) over an inch longer and didn't seem to have done much cutting. Unfortunately I won't be using this service. I did call and spoke to the owner who was very apologetic and said she would have fixed it but I already made the decision to not use this service. read more

My 18 month old Boston Terrier needed her nails clipped badly but I had not made it to the groomer. Yesterday I was at home and noticed the Clean Pup mobile pull up to my neighbors house. I went over and asked If there was any way she would be willing to trim Kona's nails. She told me that she was more than happy to do it as soon as she was done with my neighbors dog. I was beyond ecstatic. Once she was done, she came over to pick up Kona. The main thing I noticed at this point was that Kona was very comfortable with her. This was a very pleasant surprise. She carried Kona to her trailer and returned a short while later. Kona's nails looked great!!! They were no longer sharp talons that could rip our eyes out. She explained that she cuts the nails as close to the quick as possible without hurting her or making her bleed and then she grinds them down. Impressed doesn't even describe how well she did them. After she dropped Kona back off at out house, I went back to the trailer with her to pay. When I went inside the trailer, I noticed that her equipment was very clean and organized. She only charged $ 7 for her nails!!! I chatted with the owner, Angela, for a bit & then headed home. I highly recommend Angela to groom your pets, she is really patient with the animals and takes pride in what she does. Thank you so much, Angela! I can't wait to see you again for my pet grooming needs. You rock! read more

I have tried multiple dog grooming services in the area and this is by far my favorite. Great price and even better service

Angela was wonderful with Abby. Abby was nervous but Angela was very gentle and calm with her. Abby is fussy about her nails getting trimmed, but she was patient with Abby and got them trimmed. Her coat/grooming looks great and will defiantly be using Clean Pup again! read more

Our beloved German Shepherd, who is an incredibly intelligent and sensitive animal, was clearly traumatized by a groomer with this company a few months ago. A couple of his nails were cut so far back, that they bled for hours after the groomer left. Unfortunately, I never complained because I did not realize the magnitude of the incident at the time. Today, the groomer had to call me from the van, because my poor dog was out of control (something that has NEVER happened in his 7 years, and prior notes reflect that). He had peed and pooped ALL OVER HIMSELF AND THE VAN, and had actually broken the pole to which he was attached. He had scratched the groomer so badly on her leg when she attempted to cut his nails, that she was unable to do anything further with him. He had also hit his head/eye so hard (while writhing in distress), that I had to take him to the Emergency Veterinarian in Boise because his left eye was swollen shut. By the grace of God, his eye was not damaged; however, the entire ordeal was beyond upsetting for our dog, my son, and myself. To make matters worse (I am a single Mom battling to pay the bills as it is), the owner (Angela) would not accept any responsibility for this, and REFUSED to help cover the Vet bill in the amount of $165. I am appalled by the lack of empathy and accountability. I will NEVER use this company again and I caution anyone else who might consider them..... read more

We've been going to Melissa since our labradoodle was old enough to be groomed, now 3 years later we refuse to see anyone else! She always does A+ work on our difficult doodle. Melissa has provided a great grooming experience for our 2 Collies twice now. She has a wonderful manner with the stress of the first timeres and is very particular in how she cares for the coat and specific needs of our dogs. Rough coated Collies have beautiful coats but lots of it! That didnt hinder Melissa's skills or excellent care and technique. She is Amazing!
