They skipped the toe nail clippings because my dogs resisted. Their groomers are young and inexperienced and there is always an excuse for why they couldn't do what I was being charged for! Took my guys to another groomer after I cancelled their monthly service and they had no problem doing their nails. They also charged me for a job they couldn't complete! This isn't high quality grooming with experienced staff.

This is, by far, the best set up I've encountered. - the staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when they are obviously busy working on other pets. -the tubs are stainless steel and clean. - the tubs are adjustable height (my back thanks you!) - the tubs allow for my dog to be constrained to the tub, but not tied with a choke chain and he can move around without choking himself. - they offer a hypo-allergenic shampoo and an all-in-one, high quality shampoo. - the built in blow dryer is the bomb-digity! My dog hates the sound of a hair dryer, but the motor for these is in another room entirely making for a more calm blow-drying experience. Although the sign on the door indicates 'appointment only', the self wash is available for walk-ins. I noticed they have 3 tubs.

Unfortunately, after the change in ownership, the atmosphere shifted from a family-friendly environment to one that feels primarily money-focused. When you're leaving a pet who is truly a family member in someone's care, that difference matters. When I first began bringing my dog in, a full groom was $45, which later increased to $60. After the new owners took over, I made sure to request everything listed as included in the grooming package. The total then came to $105 for my Yorkie. I was surprised that services listed on the wall required specific requests, rather than simply being included. During my last visit, pricing displayed on the wall did not match what I was verbally quoted. I was told the prices were outdated and should have been removed. However, when I returned to pick up my dog, the incorrect prices were still posted. As a customer, transparency and consistency in pricing are important. Additionally, there seems to be an added charge for nearly everything. For example, when I asked if a small amount of balm could be applied to my dog's nose, I was told it would be an additional $5. There is also a late pickup fee of $20-$30 per hour. While I understand policies are necessary, pickup times have been inconsistent on their end as well. On one occasion, I was charged for being late when family was visiting. On another visit, I waited four hours for my dog's grooming to be completed and did not feel comfortable leaving, fearing additional charges. One of my biggest concerns was regarding my dog's severe eczema. They advised me to bring my own if I wanted something different. At the price point being charged, I expected options for sensitive skin without having to supply my own products. Since then, I found a mobile groomer who comes to my home, charges the same price, includes all services without additional fees, offers sensitive-skin shampoo options at no extra charge, and even adds small touches complimentary. Most importantly, my dog's eczema has completely cleared up. I do not typically switch groomers and was a loyal client for years. However, I no longer feel comfortable recommending this salon. It simply does not have the same feel or customer care that it once did. I would like to end on a positive note as the Groomer that did cut my dog's hair. Did do a good job with the trim, but that's not enough to keep me at the same salon as a customer. I am much happier now with my Mobile Groomer.

The service ended up taking just under 4 hrs since she said it took her longer with some of the matting. In total she ended up charging me $20 over what I was quoted which even the quote was higher than what I had paid here when I still lived in Boise and his coat was in worse shape right after adopting him. It wasn't until 40 min later when I got home that I noticed his collar wasn't on when I called they told me to come back today because they were leaving in 15 min in the most insincere customer service voice with no concern for the mistake she made. When I did come in to get the collar today another women greeted me politely but when I asked for a partial refund to cover the hour of my time I wasted and the gas I used to get there and back her body language shifted and she blunted stated we don't do that here. When I did get back to my house with collar in hand I examined his coat more in depth after putting the collar back on and the matting I clearly pointed out was still there. I have gone to snoopy's probably 5 times and this was a horrible experience I'm never going back.

When you make an appointment, they do actually groom your dog at the scheduled time. They call you as soon as they are done, so the dog is only there for the time that he is being groomed. I've never liked the places where you bring your dog in at 8 am and then you get a call for pick up at around 5 or 6 pm, because you know that the dog has spent most of the day sitting in a cage. Another thing that I liked was that they wrote down the instructions I gave them for the first appointment, and they did review their notes for the second appointment and knew exactly what I wanted done. I didn't have to go through the whole spiel again. I was so happy to find a good groomer so quickly after moving here. It can sometimes be a long and tedious process until you find the right place. I got lucky the first time!

One groomer was almost negligent, and the other was a VERY expensive mobile groomer. What do they do in there that takes hours? No transparency makes me nervous. We feel blessed to find Roman for our 3rd grooming experience. Luckily Roman just opened a location close to Hidden Springs. Our Poodle looked great and I can tell from years of getting Standards groomed, that we were in good hands. I would recommend anyone with a Poodle or a Doodle to visit this groomer. Very happy.

He was so professional and kind, putting Huckleberry's wellbeing above anything else. In the salon we've seen Trinity and Riley who have also been nothing short of fantastic. We will not go anywhere else and only trust Loved Up Pup with our boy, they have given us so much peace of mind that he's happy and taken care of. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.
