She was dismissive, snippy, and openly showed her exasperation when I had to look up past medical dates on my phone. After making several rude comments, she left the exam room. My scared kitten and I were left waiting alone for 30 minutes. Your front desk staff is the face of your business, and this tech's terrible attitude cost you a client. We left before even seeing the vet.
