I spoke to them over the phone and chose to trust them because of the photos I had seen on yelp. They made me an amazing rainbow bouquet and purple bouquet for my daughters' recitals. I told her I was going for a mix of pinks with some pops of color and that I wanted round fluffy looking flowers. Dana knew exactly what I wanted and easily communicated it back to me. She let me know that she might not be able to get coral colored peonies in October and told me which flowers she would sub if she couldn't. The quote, contract, payment process was really easy. Hands down one of the best florists in the OC. Don't waste your time with online services which sub out to smaller shops and leave them no budget to work with. I learned this the hard way after spending $$$'s online only to be disappointed with the end product. It's because the online companies "broker" your business to small shops and leave them with 40-50% of what you paid. It's a huge scam... So... please pick up the phone and talk directly to a floral artiste ! Where do I start with The Dizzy Daisy? They were one of our florist vendors for our wedding benue, so I started following them on Instagram. Loving all their posts I knew I would be happy with them. When I was contacted by the owner, Dana, I was able to send to her my ideas on my bouquet. She let me know that one of my flowers can be a crap-shoot because sometimes they can appear green in color. She let me know she had a back up flower just in case the flower I wanted (anemones) didn't turn out like the ones I had sent in pictures. I came in end of day, and it was just the manager / owner in the shop wrapping up. After a quick plea for help and a couple questions about significance, colors and of course budget, she ran off and came back with something hand made just a few minutes later.
