I'm not changing my review because they refunded me $11, I'm changing it because they reached out wanting to improve their services and actually thanking me for bringing the delivery issue to their attention. Anyone who runs their business in a manner where they care about their clients and their experience is worth patronizing. Original review: I'm conflicted. I love their floral arrangements, but I've had two pretty bad experiences with delivery the last two times I've ordered from them. I've ordered from them many times, and delivery has never been a problem. I don't know if it's their delivery person who has changed, but I've always had The Dizzy Daisy deliver flowers to our bosses on their birthdays or Boss's Day. I've used them for bouquets for friends and coworkers in the same building, and for years they've always delivered beautiful bouquets - they're stunning, truly - and we've never had any issues and I love patronizing a small business. Now, we work in a courthouse, so I know it could be confusing, but considering the track record of deliveries that have made it, I don't know what has happened the last two times. The last two deliveries (one the beginning of September and the other was this afternoon) were just left outside. I wrote the suite number of our office - and the flowers - both times - were just dumped outside...THE WRONG SUITE. When we got a delivery notification - we wandered around looking for the bouquets. Today, like last month, they were abandoned in front of the wrong door. At least it was the same floor, but we put our suite number on the delivery form and before these last two fails, they've always been delivered to our reception people to bring back. Now I'm conflicted - I figured last time was a fluke, so I continued to order from them - but I don't want to have to keep being worried about whether or not flowers I order will make it to its destination or just be abandoned elsewhere. So...I'm not sure I'll continue to use them. They do have beautiful bouquets - and I love their bloom snaps, and I usually order their designer's choice I've never been disappointed by them. But our last two delivery fails make me question whether I'd use them again for our office. read more

I called them to create and deliver a bouquet to my cousin who lives in Orange and just had a surgical procedure. The saleswoman discussed my selection with me as well as the "little bit more" option. I love their policy of sending the buyer a "Bloomsnap", or photo of your bouquet before it goes out, so you know exactly what you paid for and what your recipient is getting. I drive by this place every day and never knew until recently that it even existed. Went in to get a bouquet for my gf's mom when she had to get a surgery and was blown away. Their pricing is much better than the grocery stores and the quality is drastically better. They have a frequent buyer card and I'm working my way to a free bouquet. I just can't get over the pricing. For the same amount i would spend on a dozen roses at stater.. in a plastic bag, no vase and not arranged... i can get a dozen roses, vase and the flowers are already arranged beautifully. The girls in this shop are very knowledgeable and super sweet. The also have assorted succulents and hand made soaps. I bought a pine tar hand soap that i was very happy with.
