They worked with my husband to create a bouquet and boutonnière for our special day and not only did they create something beautiful for us, they went above and beyond and delivered the arrangements to our hotel in Anaheim. Everything was packaged beautifully and delivered with such care- even included directions and sheers to cut down the stems on the bouquet to our liking. Every single time i come here, I'm met with some awesome service. I've gotten flowers here more than a handful of times, each time I did not regret it. We stopped by this flower stand before leaving the Outlet because we wanted to get flowers to leave for my wife grandparents grave. It worked out for us because I was looking for a flower store or stand in the Outlet on Google maps and saw this one. Extremely disappointed with my flowers today on Mother's Day. We were told to come at 9AM and it was extremely awkward. No one greeted us at first and they weren't ready. Everyone seemed miserable and like they didn't want to be there. We had to wait 50 minutes for our flowers. I'm not sure why we were told to come at 9AM if they're not even ready. We've been coming here for a few years and recommended over 80 people here, but today was our last day as a customer. I paid $80 for the pink flowers and $40 for the purple. They're extremely small and I showed a $20 Trader Joe's flower in comparison for size reference. They normally put water in the bottom as well, but didn't do it this time. I'm more sad than anything because my mom and aunt deserved beautiful flowers. Won't be coming here again. read more

I am giving Royal Blooms my highest praise. Planned a trip to Disneyland to celebrate my wife's birthday and purchased a bouquet for delivery from here. They were very easy to communicate with because they do texting and IG. Spent $100 on the whole arrangement, including delivery fee. I asked for the flowers to be delivered to our hotel so that it could be in our room when we arrived and my wife would be surprised. Disappointingly, when we arrived, the flowers were not there. (We arrived around 10 or 10:30pm bc of a later flight and we got dinner when we landed). The next morning, I texted Royal Blooms to find out what happened. They confirmed delivery had been complete and said it was left with the concierge. I said I would try to figure out what happened at the hotel then. There was no communication the rest of the day because we were at Disneyland and I was playing phone tag with our hotel to find out where the flowers were. At some point, I was able to get a hold of the concierge who confirmed that the flowers had been delivered the day before and delivered to our room this morning after we had left. Around 6:30pm, I got a message from Royal Blooms saying that they delivered a couple of other items to make up for the botched delivery. I was incredibly surprised because the hotel was the one that didn't complete the delivery. Royal Blooms did everything they were supposed to. I was flabbergasted by how thoughtful this florist was. Throughout all of our communications, Royal Blooms was professional, polite, and punctual. They went above and beyond what they need to do. Not only that, the arrangement they put together was absolutely stunning and my wife loved it. Sharing photos. The bouquet is what we ordered. The bear and the glass rose were the extras. I visited the Royal Blooms location in Brea on Sunday to order six flower arrangements for Mother's Day. For three of them, I had specific color requests for personal reasons. Gio not only understood the assignment but he also exceeded every expectation! The arrangements were beautiful and his customer service was outstanding. He is so sweet and helped me and my sister choose and prepare a jaw-dropping gorgeous bouquet of flowers to celebrate our mom. We talked to him and learned that Royal Blooms Flowers opened in 2018 but obviously had a tough time with the pandemic in 2020. It's so great to support a local business - Geo just opened up this new booth around February or so in Brea Mall.
