This place really outdid itself! The deluxe upgrade was noticeable and the arrangement was lush and huge! My sister loved her birthday flowers. I left my phone number for the order and received a text that the flowers would be delivered soon. I also received an email with a picture of how the arrangement looked. Ordered my mom flowers, and cannot get over how beautiful these are! From all angles too! I also called the see estimated time for delivery and they were so kind and helpful, and were delivery within just a few hours of ordering. Cute little store with few selection of flowers and simple decoration. The service was ok but i prefer when im walking in the florist walks towards me and help me to find what im looking for. Offering help is the key specially when you dont like the bucket they have...The plant in vase is cute and ive never said no to them in this place. I had one. Value wise is little bit higher than normally you accept for this kind of place (lil bit to old and dusty) but still its one of the well known one in town. The Dizzy Daisy does the most amazing flower arrangements. The service is excellent and I am always able to walk in and describe something and they create a beautiful arrangement. I ordered a Christmas centerpiece and asked for it to have a beach theme so they added starfish and seashells. It is beautiful. I highly recommend.

Ordered 2 corsages over the phone and both are beautiful. Customer service from order to pick up was beyond great. They even sent me a picture when the corsages were done. The store is a hidden gem. I will definitely return and give this small business my business. Very happy customer. Thank you. Oh yea, when I asked for blue roses, they didn't have any and referred me to a shop that might. You can really tell when people love what they do and Dana definitely puts so much thought into everything she makes. Our consultation was so much fun and being able to see what different styles they can create made us so excited to brainstorm our wedding. The chapel and all of the details were perfect and photographed beautifully. I recently ordered flowers for a friend of mine who lost her father and who lives a few hours away. Of course trying to find a florist just based on reviews, website, etc. is always a challenge, and I am usually disappointed with what gets delivered. Not in this case. The flowers that were delivered to my friend were absolutely stunning, looked just like the picture on the website and the arrangement size was frankly much larger than I even anticipated. I am so pleased with not only the arrangement, but they also sent email updates and text updates letting me know when the flowers were delivered. The Dizzy Daisy absolutely exceeded my expectations for my wedding bouquet and other florals! Dana was so easy to work with and her recommendations were always spot on! We also ordered flowers for the whole party and they were all perfect. I showed Dana a few inspo pics and she made my vision come to life!! Was recommended to get a corsage at Dizzy Daisy for my son's prom. He ordered a corsage and it was the same price as the local pavilions(about $25) What a wonderful surprise to get a text today with the picture asking for our approval since the florist to make last-minute adjustments would be out tomorrow when we picked it up. They were so helpful on the phone as well and just provide great customer service.

I cannot thank The Dizzy Daisy enough for making my daughter's winter formal flower dream come true! She wanted nothing but Bombay orchids in blue and magenta for her corsage and her beau's boutonnière. I tried so many florists and could not find the flowers she wanted. I called The Dizzy Daisy after a friend mentioned they had beautiful flowers. Kennedy answered the phone and understood the vision for the flowers and told me she would see if they could be ordered and would get back to me. The next morning, I received a call confirming the flowers were ordered and the corsage and boutonnière could be made! I expected to pay an increased cost due to the special order, but the price was so reasonable and affordable! My daughter received so many compliments on the flowers and they were one of a kind. I ordered the "Summer's Rain" bouquet for same day delivery. Not only did they deliver at just the right time I needed, they even sent me tracking info en route, as well as an actual picture of the flowers prior to delivery. It was my first time getting flowers delivered. I usually go to the flower shops and choose out the flowers I want. Reason for this is because I don't want the flowers chosen by the florists delivering the flowers that are about to die or are dried up. I'm glad I made this choice of choosing The Dizzy Daisy for hand picking and delivering them in just couple hours. I totally recommend it to my family and friends. 2 thumbs up! read more

Wanted to send some Get Well Soon flowers to my boyfriend's aunt after she broke her ankle. Dizzy Daisy has a variety of beautiful selections to choose from. I was able to send 2 dozen assorted color roses for an affordable price on the same day! I love that they send you a pic of the final product and also updates to let you know when they're out for delivery and when they've been delivered. Will use them again! :) read more

This is the local place to go to have your flower needs met! I've used them a few times over the past couple of years and each time they hit it out of the park. I feel like their arrangements are unique and their blooms last longer than store bought or box deliveries. Most recently I've requested some occasion specific decorations - and they came through wonderfully! This review was long overdue but I'm definitely going to be calling on them for all my flower related needs for a long time. read more

I don't often leave reviews but I just had to spread the word about how amazing The Dizzy Daisy is. I called to send a same day arrangement to a friend in the hospital for her birthday. Not only was the florist super sweet and helpful but she even stayed on the phone and pulled out individual arrangements to describe them further while I looked them up online until we the right arrangement for my friend. This location is a gem! I located this place because our son needed a corsage and well turned out he took care of it on his own. So I was bummed that I couldn't use this florist when I found them. Now it's Mother's Day weekend and well, I finally needed a florist again. I drove to them to see their beautiful selection of arrangements and boy they did not disappoint! Bought 3 arrangements and two paper wrapped bouquets. All were gorgeous flowers.. I will definitely be using them when needed. Grandmas and my mother loved their flowers. If you are ordering from out of state, this is the flower shop for you! Their communication was amazing. They talked to me over the phone asking questions about what I did and didn't like. They were very good at guiding me, being I am not a flower professional and were able to come up with the perfect bouquet for my recipients. Then they sent me a picture of the bouquet before they sent it out, just to make sure I liked it! Then they texted me when it was out to be delivered and then again after it was delivered. And most importantly, my recipients called me immediately to tell me how beautiful the flowers were. The Dizzy Daisy made me look good! read more

So happy to have found The Dizzy Daisy on Yelp! I debated A LOT on whether to save some money and just order from one of the online flower delivery sites but I'm so glad I didn't! My mom received her flowers today and loves them! The arrangement was beautiful and paying a little extra for deluxe was totally worth it. Dana was also kind enough to call and let me know when it has been delivered and accommodated my request to deliver before 1pm today at no additional charge. My nephew and his wife located in the dizzy Daisy florist on the website from Oregon. They couldn't of picked a better florist! The bouquet is absolutely beautiful and what I love is it is very unique. It has stargazer lilies and they were half closed I receive them on Friday and on Sunday they are starting to open beautifully! The flowers are very very fresh.I didn't know about this Flores but I definitely will use them. read more

My fault for putting off ordering a bouquet until less than 2 weeks before my wedding! Luckily Dizzy Daisy saved me! I emailed this facility after hours since they were already closed for the day. The Dizzy Daisy made my wedding dreams come true!!! I was referred to Dana by my wedding venue coordinator and I am so grateful I was able to meet and work with her for my ceremony. Dana and her team are extremely talented, professional, and kind. When I sent an inquiry for the Dizzy Daisy to do my wedding flowers, I was soon able to fill out a questionnaire going over the specifics of what I wanted and set up an in-person consultation. At the store, my mom and I absolutely loved not only the flowers but their other home products as well. During the week of my wedding, Dana texted me previews of my bouquets to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Considering the size and detail of my flower arrangements, Dana gave me an extremely reasonable price. The day of the wedding, Dana and one of her staff were very quick and efficient with getting my arrangements set up, and she even added a couple aisle bouquets with no charge because she had extra flowers! My flowers were more beautiful than i could've ever imagined and I will be using the Dizzy Daisy for literally every arrangement I'll ever need. read more

This place is a hidden Gem!!! Dana is amazing! I needed a bouquet for my wedding I was getting married at the courthouse, I brought in a picture from Pinterest and showed her my inspiration. I let her know I wasn't looking to spend hundreds of dollars but just wanted something small. She let me know that if I was looking to stay in a budget she could do that. I was really surprised because I had went to a previous flower shop and they told me it would be between $150-185 for what I wanted. So I gave her my budget of $75 and she said that was completely doable. Once I told her what I liked from the picture she started naming off all kinds of flowers and color combos and really understood my vision! On top of that she was super sweet and made me even more excited about my big day knowing these flowers were going to be beautiful! Fast forward to the day before Dana sent me a picture of my bouquet and it honestly looked like a screen shot off of Pinterest it was that amazing that I had to double take the picture I was like woah that's mine??? Pick up the day of was really easy and like I said before totally captured my vision! All in all I cannot say enough nice things about the Dizzy Daisy such an amazing place for that special event or just for that special someone. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Dana! So grateful to find a local florist shop that I'm head over heels in love with! My dad has been buying flowers for my mom through them since they opened and has raved on and on... I finally had an excuse to send flowers (my cousin's 50th birthday!) and Dana was incredible! The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and the shop itself is adorable! Dana was kind and SO HELPFUL, considering I didn't know what I wanted or what to do. The process was fun, easy, and quick. I explained what I wanted and she totally nailed it! I received an email and a text when the flowers were en route, which made it all the more exciting, as it was a surprise delivery! They even sent me a photo of the arrangement- which was EXACTLY what I wanted! My dad was spot on when he said how nice everyone here is and what a great job they do! Fantastic service. I loved that they took a picture of the order before delivery. In addition, they gave you up to date notification via email and also a cool road map of the delivery in progress and completion. I ordered the wrapped 2 dozen roses and they were perfect. I've been coming to the dizzy daisy for years for all my occasion flower purchases. Their quality and expertise never ceases to amaze me. Their arrangements are always so beautiful. I ordered a creative corner online a few days before Mother's Day and I was not disappointed. I had wanted something more elegant with a neutral palette but I hadn't seen anything on their website that I was in love with. I saw the creative corner and was a little cautious not knowing what I'd be getting since I had a certain vision. I decided to take the leap and order them because I trust The Dizzy Daisy so much. I gave them the color palette I was going for and some preferences over bouquet size and flower type and when I went to pick them up Mother's Day I couldn't stop smiling. I was looking for a local florist near my mom's house to send an arrangement for her birthday. The Dizzy Daisy was the highest rated florist on Yelp and I went to their website and found a nice arrangement. I was able to add a note to make sure no lilies were included (she has a cat and lilies are highly toxic to cats). Prior to delivery they sent me a photo of the flowers - lovely! I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my wife for our 40th anniversary. They were ordered on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. My wife had changed the water on Thursday as they were already starting to droop. By the following Monday (not even a week) all the flowers were completely droopping and several were wilting. Contacted the The Dizzy Daisy to see if something could be done, was told that because of Covid, summer and taking longer to get stuff they couldn't do anything about. I will have say I have used them several times in the past with good results, but after how they handle this, I would be very reluctant to use then again or recommend them. read more

The Dizzy Daisy was founded in 2011 by Dana Rice and her husband Daniel. Both Southern California natives, Dana has over 20 years experience as a floral designer.

An Orange County native, I discovered my passion for design at an after school florist job at age 18. I have worked my way up from washing buckets, cleaning flowers to owning and running my own flower shop! It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).

Plus * * * * * more stars for 10 stars!!! I am a mom of a Freshman at Chapman University. I live in San Francisco. As a busy mom and business professional, I, of course, waited to the very last minute (like 6 PM. the day before) to order birthday flowers for my 19 year old. Dana and Elise not only delivered on time, but stopped by the local Ralph's Supermarket to pick up cupcakes and a balloon! Crazy! Who provides this kind of customer service nowadays? Nobody . . . except Dizzy Daisy. I was sooo impressed with their service, I put their contact information in my iphone Contacts!! No kidding. They don't know this yet, but I am calling them tomorrow because I want to send "get well" flowers to my freshmen girl who is suffering with a bad flu! I have no doubt that whatever Dizzy Daisy delivers it will put a smile on my little girl!! Dizzy Daisy is the only flower store I will be using while my kid is attending college at Chapman U. P.S. Captured All the Feels. I ordered the Medium Designer's Choice for a friend's Major Birthday. She was over the moon with The Dizzy Daisy's design, colors, variety of blooms, and absolute freshness. My friend said, "It's the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I've ever received--no exaggeration!" For me, I was also pleased with the value of the arrangement. Their technological setup is outstanding, offering a vast array of options and instant updates on what's available or not, which means you can place an order without any human interaction. However, when I did need to interact with a staff member, Kennedy was fantastic--a true rock star! I requested a specific white orchid box for a somber occasion, my friend's mother's passing. Although it wasn't in stock, Kennedy and her team went above and beyond to source it for me. A great experience overall! I was worried the flowers wouldn't look like the picture as that has happened to me a few times with other companies. They sent me a picture when they were delivered and it was just as beautiful as the stock photo. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get closer to the exact time requested, but the flowers were there waiting for my friend and it was still great. The prices were reasonable and I was extremely impressed with the service- sending me a photo of the delivered flowers was such a great touch. This shop is right next to a tattoo parlor, a liquor store and a very suspicious looking dentists office. Dana, the store owner, helped me with a bouquet today. I got something of a crash course in flowers and roses here. She knows her stuff and is passionate about her work. If more shop owners were like this we'd be better off. There were maybe 12 buckets in the fridge and 8 more of roses. I ended up choosing two because one was really colorful with these purples and pinks and whites and the other was all yellows but the sunflowers were too pretty to pass up. He cut the stems for me and they took tap to pay. I only took a star off because they weren't the type of flowers where you can indulge in their fragrance (I didn't notice a floral scent at all) and then I feel like other florists will wrap up your bouquets in paper or something so they don't look like grocery store flowers and even when I asked about it, the guy said no.
