I decided to support a Black Owned business to do my nails. But I feel like they did a Bait and Switch. They were very unprofessional when I questioned why the total of my service came to $90 when I booked a service costing $70. I booked an " Acrylic Full Set with unlimited designs " and I was told the end result was " The Nudes with Nail Art overlay ". . I received pink acrylic powder with 4 total nails that have gold foil and silver flakes, which was in the description for what I booked. When I later contacted the owner by text she tried to tell me that the pink acrylic powder is considered a nude. Is pink acrylic not apart of an ACRYLIC full set? She also claimed that I was shown a key ring full of colors, which I wasn't. I was only shown the pink acrylic powder jar. I also told the nail tech that I booked " Acrylic Full set with unlimited designs " so she was aware of what I booked. . I wouldn't have chosen the first color that she showed me if that was to be considered "nude" and I would've then been charged an additional $20. . . I am very disappointed in the customer service I was given. I will NEVER AGAIN book with this business or send referrals. read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the complete lack of customer service. Instead of refunding less than $40 that THEY OVERCHARGED the owner rather not answer calls, ignore texts, block me on cashapp etc. I paid for all services in full and tipped over 20%. I used to drive 40 minutes to support Black Women. They LOST TWO REPEAT CUSTOMERS & I no longer recommend this business to others. Oh and nothing to do with the $37 owed but as others have mentioned they do quote you for one service and switch you to another - extra $20. read more

Where o where has Tahisha D been all of my life? She was everything I needed and everything I didn't know I wanted. This amazing woman with a bright beautiful spirit totally slayed my nails. Not only was she kind, patient and informative....this was a last minute appointment that wound up being the beginning of a new friendship. I felt like she knew me. An instant connection. Tahisha began by being honest enough to explain what she could accomplish in the short time available before her next client. Totally professional and thorough. Exceeding my expectations, she immediately offered me a beverage and asked that I wash my hands before we start. Other nail salons rarely care that much about cleanliness or comfort. From the nail shaping, cuticle care, and design, Tahisha is truly a gem and getting my nails done turned into an experience. The woman is a super professional artist and visionary. I am now overjoyed to say that I have officially ended my nine plus year relationship with my old nail salon and will be a loyal client to the Diva Lab. read more

I decided to support a black owned business with regrets. They don't answer the phone, I was overcharged for services, and the owner cancelled my appointment at the latest minute. Rita stepped up and did an amazing job on my nails however their customer service needs improvement. I will not return but thank you Rita for saving the day! read more

I have always been a regular manicure or here and there gel manicure kinda lady. My daughter and I got our nails done last year for the first time with this kind-hearted, talented, welcoming, accommodating, supportive, beautiful (and I can go on) nail technician. When you sit in her chair she doesn't treat you like a client, she treats you like a friend. I feel like I've known her for years and it hasn't even been a full year yet. You will never leave her salon dissatisfied. My lifestyle doesn't allow for me to get my nails done regularly but when I do...the compliments are endless. read more

Over priced services, didn't last two weeks work nails started lifting, They charge for every little thing, Even to shape the nails coffin style which is free in every other nail salon. The booking was in organized. Didn't have the nail decor I requested. I paid $116 for just an ombré set. Nothing else. With that price I can get a set and pedicures done and still have change left. The tech was sweet and gentle but the salon was not high end for those prices. read more
