This is a local favorite. Have never seen the place less then full; with people walking in constantly and the phone ringing nonstop. There's so much to choose from, it's almost overwhelming if you don't come prepared with some inspo photos. Prices aren't cheap but on par for the area. This is by far my favorite nail salon I've been to. I used to go to another one for a year or so, but they could never get the shape right. I'm very particular about the shape (I always get coffin), and this place does it perfectly every time. They also have a ton of colors, so you'll definitely find what you're looking for. I used to always come here since 2012. I used to get a pedicure with 10 minute foot/calf massage for $23. Since the latest owners have taken over I have to say the place is messy, I can smell the technicians smoking their cigarettes at the back door, always over crowded and they yell at you when you walk in...wash your hands. Put on your mask. I get that people are worried about CoVid but I don't need to be chastised while going for a spa service to relax. Prices have gone up a lot too. I won't be going back. I'm always worried that writing a review for a nail salon will be a kiss of death but I'm super pleased with this salon thus far. I plan on going again this coming weekend! Been here twice; last visit was 3.5 weeks ago for a powder mani and reg pedi and you'll see from my photo that my nails (while VERY grown out) are in excellent shape - no chips or breaks which is major for me. While I felt a bit rushed towards the end of my powder mani the last time I was there, the pedicure was thorough. Appointments are a good idea but my first ever visit was a walk-in and I had no problems being taken. The parking lot is small (and free) but I never had issues getting a spot on a weeknight. I've been getting my nails done here for years the past 2 times there's been issues with my nails. When I called Jay, he said come in and will fix them I told him my nails were peeling back that the layers weren't cured underneath I went in and they told me Oh there's nothing wrong with your nail that's just normal.(which is definitely not ) I've been walking around like this a week because I can't find any good places around the neighborhood.My nails are peeling under the gel coats. I could move the polish underneath that's not cured I went in and even showed them. They didn't want to fix. Very unhappy . read more

My friend and I were so excited to come here after seeing their special designs on their Instagram page. We were actually recommended to come here by a coworker. We pulled into this small parking lot that fits about 8-10 cars. We came here for powder gel. When we left, both of our pinky fingers had cuts on them from how rough the people were with them. Within a day, the clear coat of my nail polish started bubbling. That's never even happened to me with regular gel polish. My ring finger's polish had a big bump on it. I really wanted to like this place more, but the quality of the work just wasn't worth the $33 (+tip). It should've lasted me longer than a few days. read more

Went back to try out the salon again after new management took over. Which apparently have been there for 7 months already and I absolutely loved it. First off prices are great I did sea salt pedi, acrylic filling with gel polish and ten minutes of a massage I paid $77.00. Did my pedicure it was so relaxing to the point where I didn't want to stare into my phone to keep busy. Only down side was the chair was broken and I couldn't massage my back in meantime. The lady who did my nails listened to exactly what I wanted for my nails. I hate when the acrylic is so think on my nail so I asked her to keep them thin and make them extremely square. I find doing my hands so tedious but she was quick I loved it. She did give me a 5 dollar off the next visit which I already booked my next appts for I'm guessing bc of the pedicure chair issue. I used to love this place...after 2 years of coming here I'm sad to say that they've lost a customer. Today, after making a reservation for 6 pm, I was only taken at 7:15. I know the nail salon tends to get busy but don't take a client then knowing that you're over booked and short staffed. I ended up waiting for almost 1.5 hours and the manager was unapologetic and wouldn't give me a discount- said that I should've done a walk in instead. Shouldn't an appointment/reservation guarantee my spot? RIDICULOUS!! It wasn't just me, 2 other women also had to wait around an hour too. Unfortunate that they have talented nail techs but horrible management. Save your time and money because this place does not care about your experience in their nail salon at all. read more

If you booked an appt with this place don't even bother. They overbook all the time and you end up waiting 45-60 minutes after your appt time to even start with soaking. There's only a few people who work here that will do a good job with your nails the others can't even do basic nails well. It's not worth going here. Lisa was so incredibly thorough and patient helping me pick out and decide on colors. She took her time shaping my nails exactly how I wanted them (I went from almond to pointy) The brief back rub and hand wax was a lovely touch!!! They have great products and my nails lasted me 4 weeks last time!!! Amazing. Photos attached, the beige was my first time and this time I did the grey scale which I am obsessed with!! If I could rate this salon zero stars, I would. It was about this time LAST YEAR that I came in for a gel pedicure. While she was using the nail drill to remove the gel off of my toes from my previous pedicure, she pressed too hard which resulted in losing a big chunk of my big toe nail. Her suggestion was to put on an acrylic nail which I immediately didn't agree to. So about a week goes by & the nail is making no progress so I call, explain the situation to the person in charge & ask for nothing more than my money back. He told me he couldn't do that but instead issued me a free pedicure for next time, as if I would ever go back to the salon again. I'm writing this review a year later because I've developed fungus on the nail. This salon caused long term damage & I wish it upon nobody! Jasmine nails sits in the middle for me, depending on the day, it's either great, or not so great. Eva, tiffany, summer, and melo are all very talented and always give me premium service and nails. The other less experienced workers do a good job, but nothing to write home for. If you are looking for simple nails, such as a French tip, or plain design, go to anyone. Ok, so I got over my stupid male ego and went with my wife for my first ever pedicur. She has been trying to 17 years since I started having trouble with my feet. This place is fantastic, and the nicest people ever. Once they knew it was my first time they made sure to make me as comfortable as possible and my feet have never felt better. Be sure to ask for Lucy, her attention to detail was excellent and the massage alone was worth the cost of the entire pedicure, and I hate massages. Call me a regular from now on. read more

For a treat, I like getting the lavender spa package- a lavender spa pedi, 10 min massage and manicure for $35. Very highly recommended. Bonus: it is easy to communicate with the girls because they speak English well. When I got visibly frustrated abt the 15 dollar difference, the owner or however came up to me and said don't worry he messed up. He burned me with the drill twice. And the mani is messy. I have gone to jasmine nails a hand full of times and each time they did a good job. However, this is the last time I will be returning. The woman who did my powder gel manicure had zero experience applying the powder and it turned out clumpy on 3 nails. I asked her if she could fix it and told me she would "later" and the end product was still clumpy and very poorly done. I went back to tell them they must fix my manicure as I paid $44 for a poor job. Nobody apologized and they did not even offer me a discount off for the poor experience.
