Saw that this place opened near me and had to give it a try. It was so clean and nice inside and the staff was super friendly! I believe until November, they are giving 20% due to the grand opening so you definitely should give them a try if you are considering. Needs more experienced nail techs. They are not good at doing different shapes like pointy , coffin etc. I went twice requesting a specific shape and they couldn't do it after two people tried. read more

Emily and Maddy did a phenomenal job on my nails. My main concern was how thin my nails were from my previous artist. Emily assured me she would strengthen my nails so we didn't have to cut them short, and she did just that! They feel so much stronger and I was able to keep my length. She also fixed a broken nail for me. When it came to the design she called Maddy over to assist because they both thought the design I wanted would look better 3D and they were right! It looks phenomenal. The girls took very good care of me and I'm thrilled with how they turned out! 10/10 read more

Terrible gel manicure. Chipped in 3 days!!!!! Which can only mean they are using poor quality products

Worst pedicure ever!!! I'm literally in the middle of the service now and have already determined I will NEVER return, nor would I ever recommend. Coco is terrible!!! I literally watched her rub the cuticle clipper on my nail and that was it!!! And of course when I say something, she wants to act like she doesn't understand what I'm saying but she speaks perfect English when it's time to pay. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I would give zero stars if I could. If they give you her, I recommend you politely decline. read more

This is a super spacious place that recently opened. Walked in and was greeted immediately and I got someone to do my nails. They have so many different colors and types of designs and add ons! Definitely super customizable. Would be back for sure! Used the most up to date gel x extensions. read more

This place went downhill fast. I used to go here often and just recently returned. The man who did my nails was very aggressive and he did my nails uneven. I got a powder gel and it chipped within a day of me getting it. And he didn't even give me a shoulder massage. I'm not sure what happened, but they definitely need to shape up their services back to the way they were! read more

Will never be going here again. I have very thin nails and every appointment I go to, my nail lady comments on it endlessly and sometimes even has someone else come look at them and bend my nails, saying how shocked they are that they're thin, as if I don't know this. Regardless, my nails have always come out nice so I continue to go. I last minute went to get my nails done, and they were having a big rush. I'm sure they were overwhelmed by the amount of people in the salon and I understand that I didn't have an appointment but immediately when I said I did not have an appointment, I was treated rudely versus the women who came in having one. The woman who is usually behind the desk, ended up having to do my nails. Once I chose the color, she would not stop saying that it was too light and would be see-through, although I do not mind that. She kept stopping and looking annoyed and showing me my nails and telling me the color wasn't good, so I said fine if you can find the same shade, but not see-through, I'll take that she practically dropped my hand and then stormed off screaming throughout the store to other workers, comes back and immediately starts putting the new color on my nail only asks me if the color was OK pretty much after my nails were done. I wasn't saying anything because clearly the first time I did there was a problem . she was rushing through my nails so quickly I could feel the heat from how fast she was rubbing the nail file. She was silent. Never looked at me, kept stopping the manicure to answer the phone and facilitate the desk when someone was at the desk helping people. at the end of my manicure, she had me go under the fan which was weird because I always get powder, and I've never gone under a fan and started doing another woman's manicure next to me taking off her soaked nails. She then proceeded to go back-and-forth between me and this woman, gave me a cold towel, made me bleed from cutting my cuticle and no back massage at the end. She just goes "pay upfront". Nails look fine, but I have never felt so disrespected at a nail salon. Everyone gets overwhelmed at their job and I get that customer service can be hard but you cannot be rude like that especially when the customer has not done anything wrong. so sad to lose a salon so close to my house! read more

Our neighborhood anticipated this salon for months! Salon opened and is new, bright white and beautiful...however, staff is very young and inexperienced and very few speak English - not even Jay the manager! I had to direct the technician on how to give a pedicure! She went through the steps but had no idea what to do... from adding water to the foam that was supposed to thicken as I soaked, to filling a corner of a large plastic bag with paraffin, put my foot in it but never guided the wax around my heel (?) it just harden on the bag. Oh boy! I know staffing may be difficult these days, but a new salon should be a bit more prepared. Maybe 6 weeks down the line will help. read more

Was so excited for this to open. But it is awful. The staff is so rude. They sit on their phones miserably and then when someone comes in they groan because it's their turn. They're obnoxious to customers. And I thought it was just a first time had luck experience so I went back and they did a terrible job again with another negative vibe. Not going back. Was excited to try this place but had a horrible experience. The man I had was super rude off that bat and did a terrible job filing and painting my nails. He even hurt my nail bud with the drill and didn't apologize. Never coming back here again! read more

I went in for a mani/pedi two weeks ago. The pedicure was just ok - very rushed and not a great job at all. The manicure I received was horrible. I requested gel tips and my nails look like a 10 yr old did them. The nails they glued on to my fingers are not attached correctly. There are visible gaps between my nail and the attached nail. On one nail the attached nail is not fully attached and looks absolutely horrendous. There are also visible gaps on the underside of my nails - the gel they used to attach the nail is way to thick and looks ridiculous. While the technician was working on my nails - another technician came over and was looking at my nails - she pointed somethings out to her - apparently she saw things wrong with the work that was being done - i don't know what she said because it wasn't spoken in English. Unfortunately, i had forgotten my glasses at home and couldn't see my nails too clearly. I left for vacation hours after my nails were done and did not have time to go to another Nail Salon to have them fixed. I went there because I received a gift card for my birthday and decided to check them out.. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I will definitely not be returning. read more
