One can easily spend hours in here with the wide variety of food, drinks, and shopping options. To top it all off, there is an absolutely stunning garden on the fourth floor with ample seating and complimentary WiFi. I can see myself just posting up there and getting work done, reading a book, or just relaxing. Only downfall is that all the washrooms are on the fourth floor and with how the escalators are set up and small elevators, it can be a pain to get up there. There were a few escalators that were out of service when I visited as well. Overall, phenomenal shopping center that I will definitely be visiting often while here.

Check out Simons department store for decent value on men's and women's clothing and even some home goods. Plenty of high end shopping too, if that is what you're looking for. We were there on a weekday morning so it was not at all crowded. Very pleasant. Service was friendly and everything was very clean and well maintained. Beware of conversion fees for every purchase when paying by credit card. Overall, a nice low key shopping experience in Calgary.

Each has 2.2 million square feet of rentable space in 52 story tall office towers. Both have 4 level podiums with an upscale shops connected to the Plus 15 skywalk network. The Core Shopping Centre, the largest shopping complex in downtown Calgary, is directly connected via Plus 15. The distinctive crowns on the buildings resemble cowboy hats when viewed from afar. Bankers Hall West is topped by a gold roof & the East building's crown is in silver. A white cowboy hat has long been an iconic symbol of Calgary, being portrayed on the city's flag, and presented as gifts to foreign dignitaries by the civic government at "white hat ceremonies". Inside are jewelers, dentists, chiropractors, coffee shops, restaurants... we enjoyed lunch at Earl's in Bankers Hall.

We took one to the next level but then we went to where the up escalator would be but it was going down. So, we ended up taking the elevator up. Going down, found one down escalator and then just walked down the next floor on the construction stairs. Didn't look at any of the shops at all. But the food court was not busy and lots of seating for 2PM. We had our choice of Subway, Asian fare, Greek food, and burgers. We got our food and found a booth seating. It was clean and comfortable. The restrooms were nearby and they were clean.

This is a review of the Market Mall Alberta Precision Lab in the Market Mall Professional Building…read more If you need blood work done, I highly recommend you go in at 5:30 pm during walk-in especially if you have children and need numbing cream. You'll get treatment you'll never forget. I went in on Friday to get my child's blood work done. I came early (5pm) as the numbing cream needed time. Walk-in was to start at 5:30pm.I was paged on my phone at 5:28 pm. I went in and went to the desk. I waited until I was acknowledged by the man in the dark green shirt. He was at the counter (no one at the desk). I explained I had been paged but needed some extra time for the numbing cream to work. He did not give any eye contact, shrugged his shoulders and was arrogant and passive aggressive in his replies. I politely asked for more time for the numbing cream to work. He shrugged his shoulders. He started getting red in the face, his body was shaking and he was shuffling papers. He got angrier and more agitated the more I asked questions, like "does the numbing cream still work if it has not been on the required time?" He said, "How do I know?" and "I don't know anything about numbing cream." Calmly, I told him I would return to the lobby where I was instructed to wait, and waited longer. No one came and got me for my bloodwork. A female patient leaving the office, came to get me. The staff and the other lady at the desk that the manager was with a patient, then that there was no manager. While I was in the lobby, the lady staff member came out with a lady not in scrubs. This might have been the manager. I took my children to the lobby to wait for our ride. I didn't see the man from the lab come down the elevator so he must have taken an other route. He sat in the lobby, texting on his phone. As he left, I told him his behaiour was unacceptable.' I have worked with problematic behaviour as a career, lol. He yelled back, "I am not working right now so I don't have to be nice to you" as he came close to us as he was exiting by the front doors. My daughter was frightened. Thanks to the two wonderful strangers who waited with us outside until my husband showed up. More photos to come & updates. If you need blood work done, I highly recommend you go in at 5:30 pm during walk-in especially if you have children and need numbing cream. You'll get treatment you'll never forget.

We came to the mall to use the playplace and were going to go shopping after the kids played and got rid of some energy but because of this we will never go this mall again. Also couldn't believe the people running the "customer service" station directly outside the closed off play area. The staff seemed to only care about their phones while we were trying to check in to the ridiculous app. Not sure who's brilliant idea this play area waiting app was but it's having the opposite effect that they were after I'm sure. Won't even go to or order from any of the restaurants attached to this mall, keep up the horrible service

There are plenty shops, bakeries, eateries and offices, but everything just had a past-its-prime feel about it. Glad we stopped in but we wouldn't go back.
