My Wife and I came here while shopping around at Great Mall. She wanted to get me a late birthday gift, a ring, for sometime now. We were immediately helped by a very pleasant and helpful sales person. She was able to help me try on multiple rings, about 45min worth lol. We finally found the one that looked perfect, fit perfect and was in a great price range. Overall, the service was great, the selection was amazing and the experience priceless. Couldn't be happier with my ring. Oh and the pics don't do the ring justice. 14k white gold, comfortable fit, amazing design, and very lustrous. read more

Where do I begin on how wonderful the ring diamond co is. Came in looking for a new wedding ring, and ended up leaving with the ring of my dreams. I can not thank the employees here enough Aracelie and the manager Ranielle. The motto of the company is no matter what your price point is they will find you something you truly love and that is exactly what happened. I came in with a very specific request and they were able to fit every single request I asked for in a ring and more. They were so incredible, they even stayed late while I was on the phone with the bank getting my card approved, which took a while after closing. As well as the jeweler to size my ring so I can leave with it that day. I can't tell you how amazing they are at pricing. What ever your budget is they will work with you and find a solution you are happy with. I could not be happier with my new ring, I am proud to wear it for the rest of my life. read more

Ahmad, Dennis and Aracelie were so helpful with helping me and my fiancé get we're wedding band and her wedding present. We have done business with them and this company here before for my wedding band and repairs on our jewelry. They told me we do business with them once and promise to come back they will continue to always give us the best prices and work on our prices and budget we have. That's a word they kept ! When we came back a month later for the 2 ring items. But also a big huge thank you to Aracelie she kept calling their manager to work the price that we can afford for me and my fiancé and didn't give up until we were satisfied ! Their boss they call to work the prices for us you can tell he cares about his customers and his people that give him business especially when your reoccurring customers and the reason we will always come back! You guys are the best when it comes to this jewelry industry!! read more

I will never recommend the store for anybody it is not safe for customers to go in there. There business practices is unethical and wrong. They did a bayton switch on me after buying a ring for my wife anniversary. After going back in speaking with them they did not want to assist in helping anymore and said The only way they can help me is if I were to buy double the value of what I purchase at the time. It didn't seem right to me I told him this is the final sale I have with them and that I will no longer be coming back. I can hear the other lady in their saying things under their breath about me it made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I do not recommend this place for anybody you're in the area please avoid them will save you a lot of hardship and headache read more

So glad I came here to buy my Fiancé's wedding ring and my ring as well. While I was at work my Fiancé was out ring shopping and went to multiple stores. So after dinner we came here because Gul was very genuine and professional during my Fiancé's first encounter with her. When we walked in the store everything was setup great and easy to browse around. They have a great selection of high quality GIA certified diamonds. Gul was extremely helpful in assisting us and never once pushed us into anything. She was super nice and made the whole experience pleasant. We chose unique pear shape GIA certified diamond with flawless color. Prices are very competitive and honest. Our setting was also one of a kind and has pear shape diamonds on both sides as well. We purchased a lifetime warranty also, which covers everything on the ring. The warranty they offer is very good and I believe better than competition when shopping around. I purchased a tungsten ring with blue sapphires by Triton. Triton is a reputable metal jewelry brand and when I compared the online price with the ring I bought it was spot on. Deepak, the manager helped close the deal and offered us a great financing option as well. I can also bring in my tungsten ring anytime for a small fee if any sapphires fall out or if I need to get a new size. Don't go anywhere else! This is the place to visit and you will not be disappointed. I am so glad we chose The Diamond Ring Co. read more

The salesman lied to me, he said my ring COMES WITH protection. Against damage, theft, missing diamonds ect. And that I would get everything emailed to me. After paying 500+ dollars For the ring I get home and open up The email about my "coverage" only to find out you have to pay an additional 25 dollars on some third party website to get that coverage which was NOT explained to me when I purchased it the 25 bucks isn't the issue it's the principle that I was lied Too when I clearly asked even after he had said it comes with it. I don't know about you but when someone says it's included in the purchase I don't think I'll have to go home and pay for it. To be honest walking into this place I got a bad feeling. This place feels like a used car lot full of shady people. I will Not be coming back here and neither will my friend. Go somewhere reputable! read more

Wasn't planning on buying a ring originally when I stepped foot in the store (just window shopping), but Arval was so enthusiastic and patient with us. He went around the entire store selecting different pieces based on my super vague suggestions until we actually came across one that I loved, much to my surprise. Not only am I very happy with my purchase, but Arval's exceptional customer service blew us away. Will definitely be recommending this brand to my local friends! read more

I was trying to get a ring resized and used yelp's "request a quote" function. I requested quotes from several jewelers in the area. I received several quotes including 3 estimates from different "The Diamond Ring Co" establishments. The range of the estimates was between $60-$120. When I arrived at their great mall store, they said the resizing was going to cost "$160". I told them about the estimates I received and they said that those were "just estimates". The employee was a little rude and refused to negotiate. We tried our luck at the Kay's Jewelers and got a much better deal. The jeweler at Kay was very kind and helpful. Since they do seem to have quality jewelry at decent prices, I will not leave them a one star review. However, beware when shopping at the Diamond Ring Co. They will rip you off if you give them the opportunity to. read more

I don't recommend getting jewelry from this establishment. I'm not sure if it is just this location and how they operate but I'd avoid it in general. Got a ring from there and diamonds are always falling out so I've taken it in several times and diamonds still falling out. It may just be a crappy jeweler but then the other day the whole experience was not good. Took my ring in for a resize. I called the location before hand to ask what the price was for a resize and the gentleman asked for my number on file to look up my account. He then said I have not used my resize and they provide 1 complimentary resize. I thought wow great! I'll take it in soon. When I went in the gentleman I spoke with there said resize will be a fee. I told him about the conversation I had ( my fault for not getting his name and being able to know who gave the Information). He asked me who I spoke with I told him I didn't get the name but I can tell him when I called and the time since there aren't many employees I'm sure they could have narrowed that down. He went to speak with some woman came back and asked for my number to search my account and said I used my resize when the ring was purchased so that's why it wasn't free. I mentioned me or my husband have never resized my ring and he said it's because the size wasn't ready for my finger at purchase so that's the resize. The other gentleman I spoke with said I didn't use it and it was complimentary AFTER looking up my information just like the gentleman in the store did. I pay the fee and tell him the diamonds (2) are off again and he says he will have the jeweler replace them and call me back within 2 weeks when ring arrives. 2 weeks pass and no call. I decide to call and ring is there and has been ready. This is also not the first time where I've called and it's ready but no one from the establishment has called to Inform me as they say they will. My husband goes to pick up the ring and asks a woman (Aracelie) there about the resize policy and she says "30 days after the original purchase" So that's 3 different things about resizing. Clearly no alignment and Misinformation is being given to customers. My Diamond that was "fixed" fell off again 2 days after picking up the ring. When I've gone in about the Diamond replacements the solution one of the employees always tell me and my husband is "you should just upgrade!" The shape of the ring isn't a round circle anymore either, there are two sides that are flat. Poor job with the work done to the ring. Please purchase your jewelry at another establishment. Remove yourself from this hassle by not getting involved. read more

I recently visited this location to pick up a ring for my mother for Christmas. I was helped out by Ranielle who was very helpful in choosing out a perfect ring for my mom. If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a "custom" (basic ass) piece in sept 2023. It is the end of Jan and they still don't have it. When I placed my order they assured me 3-4 wks. I called in Nov and they said it was delayed cause of packaging issues and to wait another 4 wks. Gave them til mid Jan. No calls w updates. So I call them to inquire about my order. Spoke w their manager and she said another 2-3wks because it's coming overseas. Like huh? U want me to wait more?? If it was explained initially that it would be coming overseas I would understand and purchase something or somewhere else. But ofc not they look to make a quick buck outta anyone that walks through their door. Seeing their reviews of how shit their jewelry is I should've listened. Steer clear from this place and go to a real jeweler! read more

Jumping on Yelper "Uncensored Z", this store practices dishonest business, please do your research prior to purchasing because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Steven helped us with this purchase and it would've been nice if my parents were fairly informed that the Rolex website sells this watch for $14k. My parent purchased a USED Submariner Rolex for $19k, when they told us that market price for a new Submariner Rolex would be priced to about $23k. What I would suggest, if you are interested in purchasing from here, is to first look for the actual watch price off the watch manufacturer's website and then ask for a specific breakdown as to how the watch being sold is priced. Unfortunately, my parents who aren't great with technology and speak English as a second-language asked me to check the price of a new watch after their purchase. As a good business practice, I'd recommend that you let your customers know the actual price of a new watch, especially one with a large price tag. Very disappointed to have my parents be cheated like this. read more

My fiancé and I came in to find wedding bands for ourselves. We were assisted by Gul, she was incredibly helpful! She helped me find a band that was within my price point, and she found an amazing band that my fiancé loves as well! Here's the amazing part of the story: that night I ended up not loving the band that we ended up getting for myself but I'm from Canada so my flight home was early the next day. I called the store from the airport and talked to Gul and told her how I felt. She went above and beyond our expectations for me and ended up finding me a different ring that I loved. Within a matter of days we were able to exchange the original band for one that I love much more. This was all thanks to Gul and the manager at The Diamond Ring Co. Thank you so much Gul! We will be coming only to you for all our jewelry needs from now on. read more

DO NOT BUY jewelry from this place!l If you want jewelry for yourself or your spouse Go some other place. They sold a crappy expensive diamond jewelry piece to my unknowing husband, and when I requested for an exchange for something nicer, they flatly refused and instead suggested all I can do is pay double the price of the jewelry to upgrade or exchange!! In Covid times where most places are flexible and willing to make amendments to their policy, this store didn't do that instead the store manager "Hasan" was outright rude and unwilling to even listen ! Pathetic customer care and obnoxious store manager. If you value your money, Do not Waste it buying from this place! read more

I recommend the Diamond ring Co over any other jewelers they have an amazing selection and make the whole process easy, I was helped by Aracelie and Myette they took the time to find me exactly the ring I wanted at a great price and honestly I shopped around a lot of other jewelry stores before coming back and there prices were the best by far, it was my first time purchasing a ring and I chose a size to big but Myette and Aracelie made sure I had a ring that I was completely comfortable with and resized it that day for free at no extra charge I'll definitely be back for my next purchase! read more

They're selling pre owned Rolex's higher than retail! Submariner Date 116610 is sold new for under $9k and they quoted me $18k. My recommendation is do your homework prior to purchasing. Integrity? In response to the owners remarks: I fully understand retail and gross profit margin and the need for retail pricing to cover your overhead, however this still does not justify your pricing. Although there's a wait time, this varies from business to business. An educated consumer can easily shop competition from the comforts of their homes. For a third party retailer to sell a PREOWNED Rolex for over 100% retail is ludicrous. Buying 100% above retail for brand new is still absurd. I apologize if this post effects business, but you were fully aware of your pricing strategy and still tried to justify your pricing in your response to me. Good business is fair business... read more
