Faced with this situation, I asked for the cash price, which I could afford. Given her rude behavior, I felt uncomfortable proceeding with a root canal at this establishment. I was in a lot of pain. I called my insurance and they verified they are in network. Then they reached out directly. They left them two messages.

The technician who assisted me was kind, professional, and attentive, but I waited nearly an hour in the chair without ever being seen by the dentist. I understand that offices can run behind, but no one communicated the extent of the delay, and I had another medical appointment I could not miss. When I informed the receptionist that I needed to leave, she attempted to charge my insurance for the X‑rays. I explained that although the X‑rays were taken, the dentist never saw me because the office was extremely behind schedule. Rather than acknowledging the situation, the receptionist became defensive, so I chose not to escalate the conversation. I stated that I would contact my insurance directly to clarify what occurred. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of follow‑up. I did not receive a phone call, voicemail, email, or text acknowledging the delay or offering to reschedule. Patients are often reminded that arriving late or missing an appointment may result in fees or rescheduling. In the same way, patients' time is valuable, and clear communication is essential. I want to emphasize that my concerns are not about the dentist himself, whom I respect, but about the management and scheduling process. A simple courtesy message acknowledging the inconvenience would have made a meaningful difference. I hope the office considers improving communication and time management so future patients do not experience similar issues.

The office staff are very friendly, modern and very clean inside. I was immediately taken back for X-rays, the dental assistant was a sweetheart, she was actually training a new assistant and let me just say this, she was really awesome giving the new guy great pointers and had a lot of patience. Dr Pace came in and I explained what had been going on the last few weeks. I explained to him I'm pretty scared about this whole ordeal and he promised to make me feel comfortable and to take care of me which he did! I never felt a thing and he constantly asked if I was ok. This is a very professional office who seem to genuinely care for their patients. This procedure was done yesterday afternoon about 330... and it's currently about 845am and I have already received a call asking if I'm doing ok, if I had any questions about my follow up, which I really appreciated. At the first visit, he explained what resorption was and why it might be happening. At that point, no action was needed, so he asked me to return months later to make sure it was not getting worse. Unfortunately, it was, and I was having pain. He again explained carefully what was happening and that the pain was due to the proximity of the nerve. He told me that a root canal would be the way to proceed, and that we should be able to save the tooth and eliminate the pain I'd been having. I was not thrilled to hear that I needed a root canal, but felt comfortable with him and scheduled it. Root canals are no one's idea of fun, but Dr. Steinbrunner and his staff did everything possible to explain every step and keep me as comfortable as possible. When I indicated that I could still feel pain, he gave me more local anesthetic and waited for it to take effect before continuing. As promised, the pain was gone after the procedure, and I'm able to chew using that tooth once again. I had a concern about that same tooth weeks after the procedure. I called the office and they got me in that same day. It turns out it had nothing to do with the root canal, but rather a TMJ splint I wear at night. Dr. Steinbrunner helped me sort out what was happening, and I was able to get in touch with my TMJ doctor and all is well. I'm so impressed with his compassion, experience, and professionalism...I can't imagine where those other reviews came from!
