I had their cabernet sauvignon and it was delicious. The bread was excellent. The crust almost reminded me of a salted pretzel. The chicken meatballs were flavorful. Calamari was ok. For the 2 pastas that I got to try, the spicy rigatoni was good. Chicken vesuvio was tasty and moist. For the grand finale we had cheesecake and tiramisu. Service was excellent. Park in the orange garage as that is the closest to the restaurant. I left around 8 pm and the restaurant was busy. I definitely recommend reservations.

The space is beautiful, though the tables are... let's just say neighborly. Great if you enjoy bonding with strangers, less great if you like a little elbow room. The menu is interesting and inviting. We started with the parmesan artichokes. Crunchy and satisfying, with nice pieces throughout, but a bit shy on flavor. It felt like it almost got to the party but stopped just outside the door. For mains, everyone genuinely enjoyed their dishes. I had the gnocchi della casa with porcini ragù. The gnocchi were soft, light, and pillowy, though just a touch dense and missing that subtle potato flavor that makes you close your eyes for a second. Not quite at the level of my mom's or grandma's (but let's be honest, nothing ever is). The mushroom sauce was tasty, though it leaned slightly vinegary. The pistachio-crusted whitefish was a standout. Perfectly crisp on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside. Definitely a win. The risotto of the day was creamy and comforting, but it felt like it was missing that little spark, that "something" that takes it from good to memorable. Drinks were a highlight. The Sicilian Negroni and Fields of Tuscany were both well-crafted and delicious. No notes there. For the price, it's a solid spot and worth experiencing at least once. Come for the energy, stay for the drinks, and maybe bring your best "I don't mind sitting close" attitude.

Our service was well paced and we had a wonderful server. We started out with drinks and went ahead to order. Their salads are very much so made to share. They have sides but the value for sharing is better. Any entree ordered comes with a side, which is great. I get very tired of these à la carte style menus at these prices. We shred a Greek Salad small, enough for two-three people. I also ordered the Romanian Skirt Steak and a side of Cottage Fries. The steaks are always cooked to my liking and have plenty of juice. The onions at a great sweetness and is delicious. The cottage fries are great, and the ranch accompanied with it is delicious. It's a bit salty, I do think Wildfire is heavy handed on the salt. They packed our food in containers, which is great. At a restaurant like this, I expect it to be packed for me, especially when I have juicy meals. The service is great and friendly and the food is delicious.

She also didn't introduce herself when she approached the table. She stopped at the table next to us which had already been served and they were done eating twice before she approached our table. We waited almost 10 minutes just for water which to me is unacceptable because they were not that busy or crowded The ambiance was okay, average steakhouse vibes nothing impressive in my opinionI Now for the food...which honestly was mediocre. And before you say, I could've gotten something else because this is a steakhouse. I did not want a steak and I came here on the recommendation of my family. Bison meatballs 5/10: the best part of this dish was the tomato sauce but I will say you get a decent portion. The meatballs lacked flavor but the tomato sauce helped Mediterranean chicken skewers 8/10: the chicken wasn't dry, but it lack flavor. The sauce was really good, but portion size is minimal. Angus burger 7/10: burger was cooked as requested and had decent flavor. The fries were also good. Chicken club 5/10: changed the cheese to Gouda and added red onions to the burger. The chicken was flavorless and a little dry the mayo mustard sauce really helps. The fries are really good and they have a nice barbecue sauce if you like fries with barbecue sauce. Pineapple margarita 7.5/10: didn't care for the salt on the rim but this didn't lack flavor and had decent amount of liquor. Martini flight 10/10: mango and apple are the best flavors but they're all pretty good. Nice to get if you want different martini flavors. Overall, I don't think I'd come back to this establishment. The service was very lackluster. The food was also not that great in my opinion.

We sat in the bar and had a great server named Shawn. Shawn was engaging and provided great service. I'll definitely request him next time I visit. I wasn't drinking that night, but hubby solo'd it with a bourbon cocktail called a Paper Plane. He said it was very tasty, especially on the hot day. We shared the ahi tuna tartare to start. The tartare was a stack of tuna with tropical salsa and avocado. So fresh. It came with a basket of crispy lavish bread, I hope when the restaurant switches their recipe that they will continue making a seedless lavish for those who can't do nuts or seeds. Hubby had the wood grilled tenderloin salad for dinner. I had to get a taste of that tenderloin because it was cooked perfectly. It was so tasty and seasoned well. I had the wood grilled Idaho rainbow trout, swapping out the asparagus for carrots. The trout came with a dill mustard sauce which I nixed and just squeezed fresh lemon on the fish. The fish was moist and smoky. Of course, we had to get the little dessert shooters to end the meal. Hubby had the Belgian chocolate s'mores, which was ridiculously decadent. I had the more conservative raspberry cannoli dessert. These tiny sweet treats are delicious mini indulgences. I love them because you want something a little sweet at the end of a meal but don't want a huge dessert. I think they're perfect. I like Seasons 52 because every item on the menu has the calories listed. Their food is always very good and the service is top-notch. When I ordered the tuna appetizer, a manager came over right away and asked me about a seed allergy because they noticed I said no nuts and seeds on my reservation. They really pay attention to their customers needs. I highly recommend Seasons 52. Ask for Shawn!

The staff were incredible too, super friendly and attentive the whole time. I also liked that they were making and shaking the drinks right in front of us. Small detail but it added to the experience. I ordered the wood-grilled filet mignon, cooked medium with the mushroom and red wine sauce, Yukon potatoes, and asparagus. The steak was honestly amazing. Super tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly all the way through with that slight pink center. The wood-grilled flavor really came through too. You could taste that smoky char on the outside while the inside stayed buttery soft. The mushroom red wine sauce brought everything together. It added this rich savory flavor with a little sweetness that made the steak even better somehow. I kept dragging the potatoes through the extra sauce because it was too good not to. From the romantic atmosphere to the incredible food, definitely a place I'd come back to again.

No complaints about parking or the walk. Boom, we were there. Now, where it gets interesting. You walk in the building's front door, and it opens up to a room where you can access several businesses. Josephine's is straight to the back. It's very dark, smelly, and loud. This totally reminded me of a dive bar on a college campus (maybe worse?). There's not much seating, especially when it gets crowded. The bar has limited seating, and the seating on the floor is even more limited. The chairs and couch are stained with who knows what. The song books for karaoke are sticky and nasty. From a great perspective, I was sitting in a chair and went to move and felt something poke me. It was a pair of random scissors! The drinks are 2/5 and prices are extremely expensive. I had a root beer float martini, and it was "meh". From a karaoke standpoint, it was decent. Lots of different people singing. Some good, some bad. It was entertaining, and some people were pretty brave, haha. Try this place if you dare. Get here early to get a seat. I don't think I'd come back. Once is enough.
