I've always wanted to get a facial but was always deterred by the cost, the Sculpt facial plus the lip treatment I did was a whopping $79, paired with the quality of the experience, highly recommend! My esthetician Hannah O was super sweet and did a great job with the consultation and was just really friendly overall. After the consultation we didn't speak much which allowed me to take a little cat nap during my facial :)! Sculpt is described using Hungarian massage and facial cupping to lift, tighten, and tone the face. After it was over I left feeling refreshed and extremely relaxed. They have an option to do a $79 monthly membership for facials, which seems like a good investment as they have a handful of facial options doing different things. Only complaint: They did not have men's sized spa headbands so the products were getting in my hair and behind my ears, which was slightly off putting, so I'm hoping Face Foundrié will get ones that fit multiple head sizes. Had a conversation with Nia & she explained how the owner has an eye for design & was she right. The place had such great energy & Nia was just amazing. I explained my terror with having to grow my eyebrows out after I had a barber leave me with thin eyebrows & here we are. After months & months of letting them grow out I am finally back! Nia took the time to draw out the shape & ask me if I liked it. She actually took the time to see the differences in them & try to make it work. The end result was AMAZING! I pulled a number and I waited 45 minutes without my number getting called and had to finally leave, as it was a weekday and I had a work meeting at 1 pm. The second time, I arrived again on a weekday, this time on a Tuesday at 7:20ish. There were at least 9 people ahead of me and I immediately asked the threaders, 'do I have a chance?' Their policy states that last call is 7:45. The threaded responded 'yeah you do.' I had my ticket in hand and went to a store nearby. I returned before closing and there were still customers in the chairs having their brows threaded. It was minutes before closing at 8 and as mentioned, there were still women being threaded. I came with my number and the threaders now stated 'no we aren't taking anyone.' When I reiterated what I was told just some minutes before, they said 'you have to wait here.' I was in absolute shock. There is no sign written that you must wait there after you have already pulled a number for your spot in line. There was no notice of this when I had just spoken to the threaders when I asked if I had a chance. This felt like a convenient excuse in the moment. Only come here if you have 2 hours for your commute and to sit and stare at all of the other people waiting in line for an hour before your turn comes.
