All 3 of my previous regular waxers (who were wonderful!) have left the company, citing poor management as the reason. And the new staff I had to see to use up a pre-paid package were terrible - on 2 separate occasions (different waxers), when I got home, I had to re-wax myself because they'd missed huge patches. So glad I dont have to be tied to this place anymore.

I was walked through the process and provided a comfortable place to wait in their front room. I should add, I had to reschedule due to getting off work late and they accommodated me in such an incredible way, both rebooking me and maintaining a great customer service attitude even though I was inconveniencing them. My service went well and I was very happy with the results. She was friendly and we had good chit chat throughout our session. The checkout process was easy and the whole building seemed clean and smelled nice. I was offered free samples at the end which was a nice bonus. I received a free service as it was my first time at this location so I made sure to tip a little extra. I would definitely recommend this location!

Had a conversation with Nia & she explained how the owner has an eye for design & was she right. The place had such great energy & Nia was just amazing. I explained my terror with having to grow my eyebrows out after I had a barber leave me with thin eyebrows & here we are. After months & months of letting them grow out I am finally back! Nia took the time to draw out the shape & ask me if I liked it. She actually took the time to see the differences in them & try to make it work. The end result was AMAZING! This seriously boosted up my confidence & on top of that I was able to bond with such a beautiful person.
