I've gone to a lot of the staff before but my favorites are my girls, Molly and Lucia. They do book up pretty quickly so book your appointments as early as possible. Definitely try out different people cause our bodies are different and different people can help out different ways. I've tried to make sure to refer my family and friends to get stretches with them cause even if you are adamant about doing them yourself, it's nothing like getting it done by someone else especially an expert.
