The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The food that they serve has also been really good and again at a fair price when everyone else has raised prices. They have seating on the sides of the business and there's room to park all around the business. This is a Mason Michigan Staple, if you're ever passing through you have to stop in and get some ice cream. Yes I am bias but this is the best ice cream you will find, I love the Dairy Hill and will always go there when ever I am in town! My favorite drink is the Sugar Bear (caramel and hazelnut) with soy, but any flavors (or no added flavors at all) are great there. I highly recommend the Black and Tan for regular coffee, but if you are interested in getting flavors, I would get the Creme Brulee. It's tasty without losing that yummy coffee taste. All of the baked goods are excellent. There are also always great mugs, trinkets, etc. for family, friends or yourself. I love that the Mason location incorporates the bank that it is attached to in its interior, which has plenty of seating but feels nice and cozy. As you will get with any Biggby, the staff is incredibly helpful and cheerful. As an added bonus, you are supporting a Michigan-based business.
