When I pulled up, the shop was tiny and the drive through looked dreadfully long, but I hopped in the right line and was shocked at how fast it moved. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Wild! The staff was super friendly, which made the experience even better. I will say when the staff arrived at our car, they never handed me a menu so I would be prepared to know what you want to order beforehand. I ordered two drinks: the Blondie with half sugar and the Typhoon (an energy drink). Personally, I didn't love the Blondie, it tasted more like straight milk to me and didn't really have much of a coffee kick. It might've been missing some espresso or maybe I just chose the wrong drink for my taste. The Typhoon, though, was really good! Very sweet, but delicious, and I'd definitely come back to try more of their energy drinks. Quality of the food is usually excellent and have had very few bad experiences in that regard. As far as the inside goes though, I feel like the bathrooms are always dirty when I go in there and the lobby floors are usually pretty sticky. Aside from that, can't complain much!

It takes weeks to get it repaired and the feeling by the staff could be described as an underlying resentment bc they have to deal with it at all, but that's a staff-Western U in problem, not a customer problem. (It's a hot mess.) To be fair, the cashiers are usually very pleasant and helpful. The store regularly appears to be properly stocked. The layout is a bit of a maze of shelving, but not a big deal. The prices they offer for gas are comparable and reflective of other stations within the area. Store usually looks clean, although coffee area is sometimes messy but to be fair, that's naughty customers who don't pick up after themselves. The things I'd like to see fixed is the attitude/efficiency particularly of the money order machine-either fix it or stop advertising you have one and get rid of it. The other is the printer tape in the outside machines being constantly empty. I print the receipt for my record-keeping, so I prefer them printed outside for efficiency so I don't have to go in and stand in line for it to be printed out. The store is good overall, but could do better. I'd give 3 1/2 stars, but there not an option for it.

I'm just a woman trying to help my mom with things she needs and I'd like to acceot the coffee she gives me in peace. She needs to be retrained. I forgot to check her name tag. She's at the Mason, MI location on day shift. She's an older heavy set woman. Didn't have much of a smile on her face either. Hopefully she can ve retrained. I like to go for the refreshers, I don't care much for the food Dunkin' offers from what I've tried but I think that's just a me thing haha. There are some items I'm tempted by but I don't care for their donuts, I think they're too doughy. I also tried the hash browns from this location once and they were kinda burnt. She was thrown off by me asking her to do that substitution and answered back "Ok" hesitantly and I was confused. They weren't busy and I wasn't asking for anything difficult? I proceeded to order a banana nut bread and she adds it to the order and avoids asking me if I want it warmed up and I tell her after the fact that I would like it heated up. Service was very sub-par and I didn't want to make a big deal at the window when I received my drink and noticed it was completely wrong. The drink comes with oatmilk, blonde espresso, and vanilla cream cold foam... there was none of that in my drink. I come here often and always tip $2 on a $7 cup of coffee... and this is the type of service you receive for being good patrons and tipping the staff! Staff is ALWAYS friendly. I've never left thinking badly about the staff. I order the same drink every time depending on weather, either hot peppermint mocha or cookie crumble. It's very rare I get a bad drink. Meaning there's little peppermint flavor so the taste is bad and that's usually when I see a new face lol. Either way this location is usually spot on. Thank you!
