While I know motivation ultimately comes from within, I noticed in other classes at this location I wasn't pushing myself as much and didn't feel the same energy I've experienced at other studios. I love how empowering the women are here. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. I'm not in the best shape, but I never felt judged or anything like that. The trainers make a point to welcome you to every class and always stay behind to answer any questions or just to chitchat. I go roughly twice a week and love seeing familiar faces. I use ClassPass so booking a class is always super easy. The environment is clean. They offer water bottles if you forget to bring your own. They provide mats, weights, and whatever else you may need for the class. I would recommend this studio for sure.

This studio is very clean, it has shower and they provide hair bands, toiletries and towels. Owner sometimes bring some healthy treats to the studio and share with students. Everyone's friendly and welcoming, instructors try to remember students name and talk to each person as they come into the classes. Barre3 focus more on cardio and balance, the class will make you sweat and stronger the more you go. I was surprised how it changed my body shape and toned my muscles in 30 days, with 5 classes a week. Sumo squats transform my big flat butt to a firmer and rounder smaller butt. :D If you never try barre before, try out Barre3 and see how it can change your body in 30 days.

My wife and I have been loyal members of LA Fitness for over 15 years in Louisville, KY. After recently moving to Atlanta, we attempted to access this club using our SilverSneakers membership, which clearly provides access to all LA Fitness locations--including this one. Yet, for reasons no one seems capable of explaining, we have been denied access due to what staff repeatedly describe as a "computer glitch." What's truly unacceptable is how this situation has been handled. Instead of taking responsibility, the club manager actually suggested that WE should call corporate tech support ourselves to resolve the issue. That is astonishing. Isn't that part of his job? Only after pushing back did he reluctantly agree to "do us a favor" and contact them himself. Eight days later, we are still without access. Every single morning, we have made the effort to go to the club, only to hear the same rehearsed response: "They still haven't called me back." No updates. No escalation. No accountability. Are we really expected to believe that a manager cannot contact a supervisor or escalate a basic membership issue over the course of more than a week? At 73 and 68 years old, respectively, it is not easy for us to make these repeated trips, only to be dismissed day after day. This is not just poor customer service--it is a textbook example of negligence and severe mismanagement. The complete lack of urgency and care is deeply disappointing. We have earned our access to these facilities over many years, and being treated as an afterthought--especially as seniors--is unacceptable. This experience has left us feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely let down by a company we trusted for over a decade. Do better.

With a few exceptions, I've worked out regularly since the mid-80s; in gyms as well as on my own…read more(P90X, Insanity, trail running, strength training in my basement, etc). I've never gotten better or quicker results than with the help of the programs and coaches at North Point Fitness. The workouts are always interesting and challenging (I don't think I've done the same workout twice in the last 3 years). One of the reasons I workout is to maintain and improve a level of fitness that underpins the active life I want to lead (like occasional long distance runs with habitual runners, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, etc with friends... and helping people lift and move heavy things). Since joining North Point Fitness, I've never felt incapable of doing absolutely anything I wanted (or was asked) to do. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they practice what they preach. They also bring their personalities to work with them - so during every visit I smile, laugh, and have fun while working really hard to achieve personal fitness goals. The members also routinely encourage one another and become like family after just a short time. I love this place!
