I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

I was a Chatty Cathy & she didn't seem to mind at all. I could tell if I wanted silence, she'd offer that as well. It was a very relaxing experience. After my facial, she explained the products on the wall in case I wanted to come back & purchase. I had several questions about skin health & she answered every single one. She mentioned my skin was in good health & extraction would be a nice add-on. It's definitely something everyone should try. The consultation alone was helpful. Upon arriving, I was greeted by one of the many receptionist who took my name, confirmed what I was having done and took me back to the women's changing dressing room. They provide you with a robe and slippers that you will wear the entire stay of your visit. When entering the women's dressing room, there are many lockers along the left side of the room, where you will create your four digit code and leave your belongings in there (I did keep my phone with me as I have a small smaller child in school) I just kept my phone on silent. Once you have changed, you can walk into the waiting area where there are two rooms that you can sit in and wait for your masseuse, facial, mani/pedi person to come and get you. Snacks are provided as well as champagne (upon request), cucumber/lemon water, and cozy blankets to keep you warm. I did the head to toe package which included a full body, Swedish massage, a facial, and a manicure. For my massage I had Richard, and he was soft spoken, so kind, made sure that I had everything I needed, made me feel extremely comfortable, was very vocal about where he was going to massage, and the pressure was a perfect light, medium. Once my massage was finished, he left the room and allowed me to get dressed. From a car accident back in the late 1990's, the skin under my right eye is stretched out (had swelled shut due to trauma back then), so I always have this shadow under my eye that makes me look tired. I had a consult with Gloria and we decided to do a correction that was within my budget and would definitely make that bag/sag/shadow go away, and keep my face's symmetry. With 1 syringe of Voluma she added a little sculpting to the the top of each cheekbone to give me a natural-looking and long-lasting lift. With Juvederm XC she filled in that low spot under my right eye and ensured the fill was matched under my non-droopy left eye. Despite being a non-smoker since the late 1990's (and then it was only a pack a week, on and off, for a few years), I have noticed little vertical lines over my upper lip appearing. I suppose it is to be expected when you hit your 50's!. That might be in the policy, but considering how poorly the situation was handled, it felt very unfair.
