Went here on a Friday to grab some coffee and do some work for a little while. There is an extensive coffee list and I was impressed to see that they had two regular drip coffee options and two decaf drip options. Not everyday you get this many choices for drip coffee! The drip coffee is a little more expensive, but you do get one free refill. I didn't end up getting any food, but the baked goods looked fantastic and the food coming out of the kitchen also looked pretty good. The place was pretty busy when I first got there around 10, but then cleared out to just a few people coming and going. The wifi held out strong for my Zoom meeting and getting some work done. Overall, good coffee, lots of variety of food and drinks, and staff was very friendly. Decent place to stop in Marshfield for work, study, or just meeting up with friends.

Great, little trendy coffee shop with a zillion syrups and options. Plus terrific breakfast and lunch options. We had the sunrise sandwich and pancakes. The pancakes are gigantic, so you only need one. It's busy, so be patient! Good for kids, too!

Stopped in here with a friend for coffee and ended up having breakfast. Very friendly and helpful service. Food and coffees were exceptional. We will come back for sure.

Breakfast, Sunrise Bagel, Hash-browns, sausage Pattie's, vanilla latte, strawberry refresher.

20mins for food to be presented, hash brows burnt (tasted like burnt popcorn), strawberry refresher was straight apple juice with water. I guess if you love sausage Pattie's this is the place to be. Friendly people, just wish the food was worth the price. Nice atmosphere though, it looks cute.

The Daily Grind is still a nice non-chain coffee shop, but it's lost something over the years. It's still a homey-atmosphere, still has the same handwritten chalkboard menu, still has good vibe place of a spot to sit and chat with friends. But it doesn't have the same friendliness or welcoming feel, at least for my non-resident senses. The coffee drinks taste watered down so stick with the brewed coffee. The hot chocolate is still okay, but doesn't have the richness of flavor and isn't worth the price. On the other hand, the food is still good and worth the wait, although depending on the kitchen staff working on the day you order, it can be heavy-handed on the salt. I guess that's one way of making you order more coffee. The service has been the most disappointing thing. If you're a local you probably won't notice, because the locals always move to the head of the line. That's not an exaggeration -- but maybe it's because they're always there, but locals walk in front of you, drop off their money, chat with the employees who spend time chatting in return even while taking another person's order -- be prepared to be relegated to the end of the line. In short, it's the occasional visitors like me that get shorted on service. It's barely civil and staff act more like it's an interruption to their social hour. And cleaning your own table to help out so others can sit down? Don't bother. They won't thank you for doing it. Getting the guest wi-fi password for this spot is another adventure in "who the hell are you?" looks from the staff. Stop in, but lower your expectations. Come for the plain coffee and maybe a sandwich, but don't expect to be blown away by the customer service.

enjoyed a drink one drink was hot the other drink was cold. I joined them after this picture with an iced drink of my own.

A very good place to go iced coffee and fresh hot coffee of the day was a way to go we will be back. The service is really good. People are nice. Try to go twice a month but sometimes finances make it hard to go.

A cozy small, coffee joint that has delicious breakfast. I had a tasty scone and a tomato basil bagel, along with the grinder meal. The atmosphere here is warm and feels like home, unlike the colder commercial feel of chain coffee shops. I like what their doing here

They replaced the meal but I was still very put off by this. I have not eaten at Era ever since. I thought about giving them another chance so we celebrated our anniversary with brunch. We arrived around noon and it was still pretty busy. It seems like they are always busy and there is no real "slow" period. We had to wait for a table but was only a 5 minute wait for the two of us. The waitress was very polite and upbeat which made the experience more enjoyable. I ordered the Nashville chicken & waffle and the girlfriend ordered the country fried steak. We also order the mimosa flight; the pineapple was our favorite. The order came decently fast for how busy it was. The food was amazing. The potatoes with the country fried steak were incredible. It was a good sized steak with a good amount of gravy; the perfect ratio of meat to gravy. The chicken and waffles were very good. I liked that the hot sauce came on the side. The waffle itself had very good flavor. The breaded chicken was cut into strips and there was a lot of chicken provided. The combo of the sweet waffle with the spicy chicken really hit the spot. I would say that Era changed my mind from my first experience. We had an enjoyable and delicious meal - we will be back.

We sat and waited for more than 40 minutes after our so called reservation. We were never asked if we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs, but he was going to put us at a high top with two babies. That makes no sense at all! My neighbors were even there and asked for a downstairs table as they were elderly and couldn't get up the high stairs. They had to wait for almost an hour to get it. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to try the food, because the wait took so long. When I mentioned this to the manager, he literally yelled at us on our way out in front of everyone. What a wonderful memory of this place. He was a JERK. The place is adorable, but I would highly suggest to make sure you ask your customers if they want to sit upstairs or downstairs and their preferences before you decide to book a large group. Along with that, if you have people waiting for so long, at least offer them a water or something while they wait. I also heard from my Neighbors that their French toast was hard., the wait was long, and everything was overpriced for what you got. I would not suggest going here if you're looking to spend a half a day just waiting for just ok food.

I have mostly been for breakfast, but I have had a delicious burger there as well. Everyone is cheerful, and breakfast visits are especially lovely due to all the banter shared among fun-loving locals. For what it's worth, the Mexican omelette I had during my most recent visit was highly underwhelming compared to what one expects. The meat was not well-seasoned, nor was it plentiful. Definitely not what one would consider taco meat. It was cooked a bit too long, but that didn't mess with the egg flavor. I'm including a photo, but keep in mind it also comes with hash browns. The waitress knew I was giving them to my dad, so she kindly had the chef put them on his plate of eggs. His eggs cooked over easy looked so delicious, and he claimed they were, in fact, delicious.
