We were fortunate to have Colley Croteau from Cruise Web to help us plan our trip in February. Because we decided to book this holiday only 6 weeks prior to the cruise, our choice of flights was limited. I had to book a flight which was 4 days prior to and 3 days after the cruise. Though we have gone on 6 cruises, we wanted to experience a large cruise ship so when we saw that there was a deal on Oasis of the Seas leaving Port Canaveral, we decided to contact Colley. I usually book all of our holidays at least one year ahead of time by myself so I thought I would ask Colley to help me out because I hoped he would be able to plan a nice holiday that would meet our needs (seniors) on such short notice. Wow! What a wonderful holiday! He was able to get us an 11th floor balcony room in the middle of the ship. We have never booked anything in the centre of the ship (great for people with vertigo) or on a higher level, ever before. We loved everything about the ship and would definitely go again. Thanks Colley. Not only did he get us on the ship but he planned the perfect pre and post-cruise holiday. He got us transfers from our airport to our pre-cruise hotel, transfers from our hotel to the port, transfers from the port to our post-cruise hotel and transfers from our hotel to the airport. Thanks Colley. The pre-cruise hotel that he chose for us was Hard Rock @ Universal Studios in Orlando. With that package, we received a 3 day pass to Universal Studios and The Island Park. The hotel also gave us fast passes for all 3 days as well as a free boat or shuttle ride to the park. We decided to spend a whole afternoon at the hotel pool which is like no other. We felt like we were on a beach in a 5 star hotel. It was not anything that I would likely have thought to book for ourselves. Thanks Colley. The hotel that Colley chose for us after the cruise, Park Inn by Radisson, was close to Disneyworld but we decided to rent a car and travel to the west coast of Florida as well as surrounding areas. There is a car rental agency right at the hotel so it couldn't have been more convenient. Though I had read some pretty negative reviews of the hotel, I trusted Colley and went along with his choice. We were very pleased with the hotel, location and services. While on the ship, we realized that even though we had the documents saying that we would be transferred, the Royal Caribbean didn't have us on their list for a transfer to our hotel so I contacted Colley on email and he told us to enjoy the rest of our holiday because he would take care of it for us. Did he ever, and in record time. He took care of it immediately. Guest services on the ship apologized for the mix-up and all went well. Colley stayed in touch with us on email to make certain that we were happy with everything he planned. We are so grateful for Colley and Cruise Web for a fantastic holiday with no worries. Arthur, I wanted to drop you an email to thank you for a wonderful cruise and of course Coley as well for his suggestions and hooking us up with you. I do not see how we could be any happier with the work yawl put into this, you were able to understand our desires and budget and masterfully coordinated and lined everything up, well done! The air transportation was perfect, the transport to hotel in Rome was perfect, the hotel in Rome was awesome, their staff was amazing and we loved the rooftop garden (great cigar lounge ) all the sights were amazing and all but one was in walking distance (the Vatican). The transport to the cruise ship was perfect and the embarkation was simple and seamless. The ship was "to die for" I never got tired of the modern art theme, simply amazing. The cabin was so sweet and very convenient to the main café, the food was very satisfying, I can't remember the last time I had so many deserts. The cabin attendant could not have been better, Clyde was incredibly helpful and always available, how do they do it so well? The ships crew was always a amazing and so much joy to watch them work as a team , what a treat. Captain Kate McCue was a treat in itself, I had the opportunity to talk with her and get a photo, a true American captain. I thoroughly enjoyed all the excursions and shipboard activities, oddly enough the best pasta meal we had was in Croatia at the oyster bay. The return home flight went off without a hitch and we did have a friend pick us up in Dulles as you suggested and I was home asleep before our connecter left Dulles I think it's important to let professionals know when they do good just as important when they don't, so please take a moment and be proud of your work because you did a great job for us and we thank you for that. My husband and I booked our seven day Alaskan cruise out of Seattle with Trevor Dentz, an excellent consultant, who got us a great deal on the new Discovery Princess. Heather Wasson at Cruise Web has provided extraordinary service for the 3 or 4 cruises we have scheduled through her. On one trip our flight from our small airport to Chicago was delayed, causing us to miss an overnight SAS flight to Copenhagen. I suspect the SAS counter staff may have been on "unpaid overtime" as the SAS representative was extremely rude in trying to secure an alternate flight which would have us arriving too late for the cruise (note, this was Tuesday evening, and the cruise departure was Thursday afternoon). Unbeknownst to us, she booked a flight even though we specifically and repeatedly stated her offer was unacceptable. She sent us off to another carrier, and due to her incompetence, did not cancel the flight to which we never agreed (or perhaps this WAS intentional?) We were locked out of being able to book any other flight, we had no boarding pass, could not go through security, and we were relegated to the outer "hinterlands" of the Chicago airport on plastic chairs for the overnight. When I called Heather the next morning, she "unlocked" us from the SAS error and secured another flight. Good example of service, not just cruise sales. read more

I just want to say that this is the first time my husband and I have used The Cruise Web. We are taking a 20 day cruise to So. America and added a 4 day land package to include Machu Picchu in March 2020. Our consultant with The Cruise Web is Lisa Hugo and I don't know if we just got LUCKY or if all their consultant's are like Lisa, but she is THE BEST! She returned ALL my calls, returned ALL my emails, went BEYOND the call of duty, and got MORE "perks" for our guests than Oceania cruise line normally offered, which I didn't even have to ASK for! Lisa NEVER seems to be "put out" with any questions you may have...and TRUST ME, I had A LOT of questions! To me, THAT'S service beyond! She is friendly, she never forgets what you tell her and I tell her all the time, I don't know how she keeps up with all that she does! THAT'S organization! Am I happy with The Cruise Web? Goodness Gloria, What can I say about you that isn't good? You kept in touch by phone and email and made the trip so much easier. We ran into some trouble on the trip and my husband landed in a hospital in Mexico with serious illness. I didn't know who to turn to, and then I remembered you said there was a number I could call anytime if we needed anything. Cell phone service was spotty and I gave my son the number and he called you to get our travel insurance policy. From there he was able to file a claim for my husband as I was still only getting spotty texts and phone calls out. I was scared, all alone in a foreign country and you helped so much. Colley, one of The Cruise Web's sale force, recently helped me book a vacation exploring the West Caribbean on RC Rhapsody of the Seas and contributed greatly to the wonderful experience my husband and I enjoyed. Colley assisted in the selection of a cabin that was not only port side but also mid ship and with a preferred view. I later came to discover that there were only eight such cabins on the eight deck, amidst much higher priced cabins and suites. Moreover, our cabin had the same footage as cabins with balconies... so a great value and one that I would never thought of requesting on my own.
