My go-to is The Houstonian (mozzarella, bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fresh jalapeños) when I go for breakfast/brunch, the Nordic (smoked salmon, dill sour cream, capers, scallions, pickled red onions, lemon) or the Chicken Carbonara (grilled chicken, mozzarella, bacon, parmesan, and cream sauce) when I'm having lunch or dinner.
