We had tried all the places in Hannibal that serve "signature" tenderloins and found ourselves still looking for something better. (Reminiscent of Abe's Bar & Grill in our highschool days). The staff was very nice, the atmosphere is very homey. It is evident that they put a lot of pride in their cafe. Our server said that the tenderloins come in 3 sizes, small (regular) medium and large, and that the small is more than she could eat. So, we decided to get the large, split it and buy an extra bun. When it arrived, our jaws dropped! It was HUGE! We made two large sandwiches and still took more than half of it home! And, it was delicious! The tenderloin was not too thin or thick, tender and juicy, and the (unsalted cracker?) breading adhered to the meat and provided a wonderful crunch. The flavor of the meat was terrific, unlike so many places now that use cheaper cuts of pork for their tender"loins." We're fans, and we'll definitely be back! Thumbs up!
