When it arrived, our jaws dropped! It was HUGE! We made two large sandwiches and still took more than half of it home! And, it was delicious! The tenderloin was not too thin or thick, tender and juicy, and the (unsalted cracker?) breading adhered to the meat and provided a wonderful crunch.
