I ordered a "loaded" roast beef sandwich, and paid to upgrade to a Philly with peppers and onions. I also upgraded to the district chips and dip. I ended up throwing it in the trash it was so disappointing. For $15.24, the sandwich had no cheese, the roast beef portion was very small and the meat was super dry. It was quite a departure from the description of "marinated and slow roasted beef, PILED HIGH with melted provolone." The onions and peppers I paid extra for were abysmal - maybe 2 slivers of each. Additionally, the district chips and dip I upgraded my side to were terrible - the chips were chewy and stale and cheese (while flavorful) was congealed.

Steak was cooked just right and the shrimp stuffed with crab meat were very good. Portions were huge and unfortunately we could not take anything home since we were staying at a hotel. Today, my Super Cheese Rite was served not hot and not really warm. The meat was slightly cool. It definitely didn't melt my cheese. I ate it because it wasn't horrible. I did mention it later to staff in a constructive manner. We also got a slice of cherry pie to go and plan to enjoy that later tonight.

The cashier attendant responded rudely to me when I asked as well, acting confused as if she hadn't had half an hour to make the food and inquire with the chef about our order progress. When we did get our food, the wrap that one of us ordered did not have the chicken that we paid extra for. We had to go back again to get the chicken, which we eventually received. Otherwise, the food was mediocre at best, and half of it was cold by the time we received it anyway.
