We waited about half and hour for our food, before I had to get up and ask about our order progress, the cook and the woman working the register were chatting, while two of our orders sat under a lamp, and my salad was sitting without chicken. The cashier attendant responded rudely to me when I asked as well, acting confused as if she hadn't had half an hour to make the food and inquire with the chef about our order progress. When we did get our food, the wrap that one of us ordered did not have the chicken that we paid extra for. We had to go back again to get the chicken, which we eventually received. Otherwise, the food was mediocre at best, and half of it was cold by the time we received it anyway.
