Breakfast bowl and the best biscuits you don't want to miss out on. Fresh toast with eggs and bacon.

We are not from here and stopped in for breakfast on Sunday Morning and we had the best breakfast we've had in years. Like my Grandma used to make type of breakfast! The biscuits were the absolute best. Wednesday we came in for lunch and had yet another great lunch! I don't think there is anything on that menu that could disappoint. This lil Mom & Pop diner should be a must if you come this way! Great staff whom today got me 2 biscuits to bring back even though they no longer were serving them! Thank you!

The prices are good, they enforce masks, and the food is delicious. I got the breakfast bowl with a biscuit and it was about 7 dollars. The best part was their soft HOMEMADE biscuit. The service was still quick even though it was a Sunday and it has a very cozy feel inside. This is a great stop for anyone traveling wanting to skip out on the big chains. You will not be disappointed stopping at JR Diamonds.

We found this gem via yelp. I wanted to stop somewhere for diner flair and this was where we went. The prices are reasonable, staff nice, restaurant clean, and food delish. The Ruben was fantastic, the buffalo chicken sandwich good, fries AMAZING. The best thing was our coconut cream pie. So good we had to order another. Check out this diamond!

Best side of the road breakfast I've had in ages! The gooey butter cupcakes are amazing - take one to go!

The restaurant sits at the corner, and it has 3 tables inside. During my visit, I was the only person who sat inside. Most customers were walk-ins and the took their orders to go. They have a walk-up window and a nice family stopped by as they took their dog for a walk. I would say the bulk of their menu consists of hot dogs and ice cream creations. With such a limited menu, I was still able to walk out a satisfied customer. Amanda was my pleasant server. I started off with a pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. Still hungry, I tried a chili cheese dog. OK, my appetite was still there, so the cheese nachos finished off my meal. So what about that $2 Slammer? Even though I was full, and even though I know when to say 'when', I ordered the Slammer - it's like a Blizzard at another restaurant. It was very good. Both the exterior and the interior were well kept and clean. The ample size restroom was equally clean and well-kept. I recommend!

They used to serve actual food but now they serve no more food than a gas station (hot dogs and nachos). The ice cream and shakes is pretty good. The quality of the ice cream is average at best but they are much too expensive for what they are. It is no longer a restaurant, it is a small room and should be considered more so an ice cream shop. It is a nice place to grab something cold to drink and eat in the summer. They are closed during winter, as is to be expected. Overall this is a nice place to get a small bite to eat.

She gave us the time we needed, wasn't rushing us at all, and checked on us regularly. The ambiance is definitely a dinette, which is awesome. Our food was very good; 2 Maid-rite burgers that weren't greasy at all, and my wife's sandwich looked great. One of our kids ordered the BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese and it looked and smelled great. They gave it a big thumbs up! We also did the 1/2 stack of onion rings and they were crispy, tasty, and hot. The sauces were good, too. I also had the side of green beans and they were hot, the meat was smoked well, and loved it. The root beer is so good; Fresh, creamy, and not over-carbonated. I've gone to the MTD at least once every time I've been here since I was a little kid and it's always worth the time and money. Thank you for another great meal.
