The design is not the same as the finished product. You have to wait for a long time for an answer. When there is a problem, the owner can't solve the problem, the only thing she says is "ok, I will give you a call back" and NEVER calls back! unless you can call every day then will take at least half a year to solve it. For those trying to remodel, I highly recommend trying elsewhere if you want an organized and quality experience.

When we complained, we were told it's a "production issue," and they couldn't help us. A business is responsible for a project until it is fully delivered. Look elsewhere if you value communication and timelines.

Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee.
