Patty worked seamlessly with our interior designer and general contractor which gave us great peace of mind that our home would turn out exactly the way we wanted. When a few items were damaged in transit they immediately ordered a replacement and made everything right. Even after installation was complete, Patty and Curt went above and beyond--coming back to walk us through maintenance and care so we could keep everything looking and working its best. That level of follow-through made a big impression. The cabinets arrived on schedule, the installation was well coordinated w/ the contractor and Patty came out several times to be sure everything was perfect. Patty followed up several months after the remodel was finished just to check that everything was still perfect! The referrals for countertops and plumbing were also very helpful. If you are going to remodel, after your trip to the big box stores, go to Signature Kitchen & Bath Design in Cupertino and you will stay for the best design and service at a very reasonable price for very high quality custom cabinets. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. Make sure you like what you're getting.

We also had an urgent additional order during installation, and Steve took care of it right away to make sure our project stayed on schedule. My only constructive feedback is that the color variation in the Polaris line was greater than I expected. While I understand that Select Grade focuses more on minimizing knots and defects rather than color consistency, some of the shade differences between planks were surprising at first. That said, the final result turned out great after proper blending during installation. Overall, we're very happy with both the product and the customer service, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring at a reasonable price in the Bay Area.

My experience with Bay Stone Depot was extremely frustrating and disappointing…read more I purchased two stone slabs for my home, expecting premium quality and service given the price. Within weeks after installation, pit marks and dents began developing on the surface. Over the following months, additional defects continued to appear under normal use. When I reported the issue, Bay Stone initially acknowledged it as a quality concern but directed me to work directly with their supplier rather than handling it themselves. After months of follow-up, the supplier's representative inspected the slabs and offered replacement slabs. I then returned to Bay Stone to request some form of refund instead of replacement, since the cost of uninstalling and reinstalling the slabs makes the replacement offer impractical and financially unreasonable. Bay Stone indicated that a refund might be possible but claimed the supplier required the original slabs to be returned. That was not what I had been told. After I confirmed with the supplier that returning the originals was not required, Bay Stone changed its position. The manager, Kimberley, told me it was "not scientifically possible" for pit marks to develop after installation and suggested I should have identified the issue at delivery. I provided multiple dated photos showing the progression of the defects. After that, my messages went unanswered. What stood out most was the lack of ownership and empathy. Kimberley was not apologetic and did not appear interested in finding a practical resolution. Instead, responsibility was repeatedly shifted, and ultimately, the issue was attributed to me for not raising it at delivery, even though the slabs appeared fine at that time. It felt as though once payment was made, accountability ended. When customers pay premium prices, they expect both quality materials and meaningful support if something goes wrong. In my case, that expectation was not met.

They installed the cabinets that I sourced from another company (although they also manufacture their own cabinets in-house), and everything was installed to spec with the trim pieces cut perfectly to match. For the countertops, I sourced my own quartzite slabs, and F&L handled the rest. They picked up the slabs, created the templates based on my cabinets, fabricated everything, and completed the installation. The templating team also went above and beyond to make sure my expensive slabs were used as efficiently as possible with virtually nothing wasted. They took the time to help me plan the layout so the veining flowed naturally across the countertops and backsplash, which made a huge difference in the final result. As someone who had never gone through this process before, I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. A special shout-out to Fernando, who was my representative throughout the project. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my questions and design changes. We purchased our material in Santa Clara and Felix picked everything up for us, and kept our calacatta viola slab in his shop until it was time to fabricate. They did an excellent job with our marble, making sure to use every inch of the slab. I am so impressed w the fabrication of our integrated sinks. They implemented everything I asked for and had great suggestions for design ideas. Fernando also provided a rendering of the space and I added a pic in comparison to the actual space and they look identical! I am so happy that the project came out exactly like we designed. We were looking for something different. Cypress is not a cookie cutter place. It has many options for those looking for something different. We were very fortunate to work with Sandy. Sandy is a gem. She knows her stuff, her products, what can be done and what can be a problem. We purchased cabinets, countertops, sinks, drawer pulls and door handles from Cypress. Everything looks lovely. One sink arrived damaged and Sandy put in a rush order to get a new sink Sandy designed the kitchen layout and it is great. We have a lot more space to put things now. We had two blind corners and Sandy put a lazy Susan cabinet in one and a magic box in the other. Now we have access to cabinet space that we hadn't had in over 40 years. Sandy also noticed some problems with the cabinet finishes and worked with the stainers to get the issue resolved. She even delivered the redone items herself. One thing that is great about Sandy is her willingness to work with you to find what you want, not what is on the sales floor. And she never pushes to make a sale. She will present options, but if they aren't for you, she just moves on. We appreciated Sandy keeping us informed about how things are going. If we had a question, a text would be answered promptly. She even answered us when she was on vacation in Hawaii! Cypress is a great store. Take some time to look around. It has lots of nooks and crannies that have interesting items. It has modern stuff, and things that are more traditional. We were very happy choosing Cypress and working with Sandy.

Hesam and his team was very professional. Hesam promptly came in our house with measurement and estimate of materials and labor, low priced and honest. Hesam helped us to select solid hardwood floor that matched up with small part of our existing hardwood floors. The hardwood floor materials (floorings, reducer and stair nose) are high quality made in USA. The service team lead by Leo were very talented, friendly and hard working. They were very efficient from hauling the old carpets, well preparing the floor (fixing weak and squeaking spots) before installation, I really appreciate the craftmanship of installation, specifically the stairs and seamless flushing of all the transitions between the hard wood and existing floor bases (entrance marble, existing hardwood floors, three ceramic bathroom floors and the exit to our sunroom) which made the whole floor looked so beautiful through out the house.
