This was my second time using The Cravory and once again they delivered! I wanted something special and unique for my clients in LA, and their cookies were the perfect choice. They shipped everything out pretty quickly, which I really appreciated, and my clients were very happy with the gift. It made for a great presentation and thoughtful touch. I picked up a Too Good To Go order from the Cravory a while back. For those that don't know, Too Good To Go is an app to fight food waste, and I love that cravory cookies participates! I got a total of 6 cookies flavors. All of the cookies were very distinct from each other. One of the flavors had, rosemary, which was very unique. The taste with subtle, not too overpowering. The flavors were good, but I didn't like that most of the cookies were pretty thin and I like my cookies thick. However, the flavor was good, and a lot of them had a good soft/crunch ratio. I didn't stay and eat in the restaurant but there were tables and chairs if you choose to do so. If I was to come back I would enjoy trying some of their best sellers mix. Now they have ice cream. It's been awhile since I've been here and things have changed. Before they never had ice cream or drinks or any merch. But they still have the old time can't go wrong classics along with crazy cookie combinations. Makes me question the sanity of the baker/owner but it works. I have always let the servers pick for me. The ube cookies was introduced to me by my son. He loved the Ube cookies. Unfortunately, my son was killed in June, 2025. I have been ordering online gifting for my loved ones and have no problem with the shipping. I get advertising email from Cravory once in awhile since I was a customer. Early May they advertised for the Mother's Day special. Since my son's birthday is coming up, I orders 2 dozens Ube cookies for his birthday memorial and order a dozen Mother's Day special. That was May 5th when I sent in the order and right away they took the payment. I even got a message that they started baking the cookies. Today is May 18, still no cookies. I sent the few messages and no response. And even phone calls and no answer. What is going on with this business. They shouldn't advertise their business and they will not fulfill the orders, or at least let the customer know that they are not taking any orders. I am so disappointed. They currently have holiday inspired flavors and my favorite of the bunch is the Christmas Tree cookie (contains fruity pebbles). :( I love cookies. i love cookies so much it's ridiculous. When I found out I was near The Cravory, I flipped and drove immediately over. Their store is super cute and very Brand-In-Face. I bought a Cookie Monster, Ultimate Chocolate Chip, and M&M Doodle. I was really looking forward to these cookies considering the price. They looked delicious! They grabbed the cookies out of a refrigerated case it looked like and packaged them up. Once I got to my car, I took a bite of the ultimate chocolate chip and felt so meh about it. The cookie tasted like it had spent a few days in the refrigerator, it was dry and crumbly... didn't really have any moisture to it.. and the chocolate tasted like a very cheap semi-sweet. I figured it was a fluke, so I tried the Cookie Monster and same meh feeling. However, this cookie tasted frozen? I'm not sure if that makes sense, but you know when you taste something that's got a freezer burn taste to it? That cookie was the epitome of freezer taste. I assumed that it was me and waited to get home to give my partner the M&M cookie. He wasn't a fan :( without even telling him my opinion, he immediately said "i hope you didn't spend actual money on this). I was so bummed.
