I asked, do you have no one to carry out groceries? Then I looked at him and said, never mind I'll carry my own. I may as well be at Walmart because they don't carry out the groceries. Part of the reason I come to United is the service of having my groceries carried out for me. I pay a little more for my items because of this service I guess I will not be returning since you don't seem to be able to have anyone to carry groceries anymore! What's the point of paying extra for service that is no longer available.

Nowadays, I primarily utilize curbside pickup for my groceries and online ordering with shipping or delivery for other items. Before the app disaster, the Marcy Dr location was really good with their pick up and delivery services. I'm that person who always tries to checkout with a human being if I go in person. They do a really good job of putting the friendly and knowledgeable workers at the cashier checkouts. Usually they have about 2 of these. Having a friendly face who knows how to be neat and carful when bagging my groceries makes up for some of the hassle of not having the online features working.
